Nirmala should further do this to increase tax revenues. 1. Impose tax on PF interest. 2. A new tax slab of 35% above 20L with surcharge. 3. Remove NPS and PF from new tax regime. 4.remove 5% and 12% GST. Just 18%, 28% and 35%. 5. GST on school fees, rents and college fees.

UK, ireland, Australia, and Canada people are coming out on the streets to protest against Indians who are making noise, throwing garbage, damaging public parks, shouting, honking etc. We should also do the same &amp; come out against nasty Indians in India. India is not a dustbin.

As per kumar Mangalam Birla, you can't do anything with 1cr in India. Just make an FD. In India, if you earn 1L per month, you are in the top 1%. If you save 15k per month, it will take more than a decade to save 1cr. Sometimes the relative ranking doesn't work. Top 1%, top 10%.

You will ruin your 20's but your 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's will be great. Choose a job where there is no pressure of generating profits, coming on time is considered as hard working, just being honest is meant efficient, no upgradation required, AI - recession proof.

I don't have any objection with finance minister taking my 35% to 40% of my income from tax. I am ready to forego all govt tax rebates given in last 12 years as well &amp; can pay at 2014 rates. But she is no one to tell me I am high income group or no. It's none of her business.

That's what I fear the most in India. An old man was beaten because he asked an auto driver not to spit. A few days ago one person near my apartment was beaten because he parked his bike in front of local sabjiwala thela. I try to avoid interaction outside my society and office.

I don't know if you are following the news or not but racism against India has increased a lot. Australia, canada, ireland &amp; US a few. Indians are troubling the natives lives by street processions, teasing, breaking coconuts on roads, making noise on Indian festivals etc.

While we compare ourselves with the US, Europe, UK etc, they don't even like their country names associated with India. They all have horrible stories of filthy roads, congestion, spits, foul smell &amp; scams by locals from their visit to India. Even China doesn't compare with us.

West Asia has nothing to do with India's crisis. We don't respect foreign investors. We don't respect productive class, innovators, entrepreneurs, risk takers India. We don't reward our hard workers, honest tax payers. Instead we penalise them. Hence everyone is chasing FIRE.

In India everything starts from 5%. only 1% pay income tax, only 2% have travelled in flights, only 2% do the UPI, only 5% invest in the stock market, only 5% can afford a vacation, only 2%, only 1% etc What are the bottom 90% doing? Eating, shitting and voting?

I am bearish on India in the long run. Reasons I don't see common men getting empowered, good quality jobs which were outsourced from the US are dying or returning. Bureaucracy &amp; politicians dominate a lot &amp; don't pass on the benefits to the last man. Streets are getting nasty.

At 60L, your income tax is 17L (Approx 27%). But a lot of people forget to add education cost which is 3L-4L per kid. If you have 2 kids, your income tax is 25L( approx 40%) There is a reason NRI's start getting panic attacks as soon as the visa rules changes.
