Since a few people asked how this spot was made, here are some of the layers that I used to put it together in After Effects. The graphics are, for the most part, visualised tracking data (+normal/Depth/albedo) used as either gfx or masks that I then edited together in AE

I've been working on my first upscaling/detail enhancer LoRA, trained on Flux Klein 9B, which is something I've been wanting to try out for a while. Still needs more training, but so far so good

Another test - what I love about this approach is that because there’s no masking involved, the model only replaces what needs to be replaced, so things like the arms and legs in this one stay as they were originally

After seeing this post I thought I'd put Fable to the test and ask it to write and direct a 30s spot, with no guidance other than a folder of images to pick from and base the story on Not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't this.. Made with Seedance 2.5 on Krea

More LTX IC LoRA experimentation - I’m currently training a LoRA for seamless transitions. I think this one’s close to being ready to ship 🚚💨

this is why open-source wins every time.. open weights allow you to invent new model capabilities, train + generate locally (crucial for NDA'd and personal data), push the limits of what's currently possible + lean into a huge community of experts for advice and inspiration 🖤
