🚨 SBI Robbery in Surat: Serious Concern A daylight robbery has been reported at a State Bank of India branch in Varachha, Surat, where armed robbers allegedly looted around ₹50 lakh after threatening staff and customers at gunpoint. Reports suggest the gang disabled the alarm system and also snatched mobile phones to block any alert response. But this is not an isolated incident. This is reportedly the third bank loot involving PSU banks in April alone. This raises a serious question: How safe are PSU bank branches today, especially in terms of on-ground security and emergency response systems? Is this becoming a repeating pattern or a serious security gap that needs urgent attention? Open for clarification and official response.

🚨Live example of what happens when someone dares to speak against the system. At the 30th conference of #AIBEA (All India Bank Employees Association) a young comrade raised his voice against the retired-style leadership running the union. He spoke an uncomfortable truth, the same leaders have been holding top positions for 15-20 years. Many of them have no real credibility left in banking, some aren’t even connected to ground staff anymore, yet they continue to sit in power indefinitely. And what happened next? Instead of answering the truth, the old guard resorted to shouting, intimidation, and pressure. But shouting cannot silence the truth. Every change begins with one voice. From there, it spreads across platforms and people. I salute this comrade. Change will come. #Bankersvoice

🚨 Banking Reality Check: 24 Year Banker Quits ₹17 LPA job, Says Peace Matters More This is Chirag Madaan A Corporate Banker based in Delhi. An IIT graduate. He earns ₹17 LPA. Yet, he has decided to quit his job. In a recent Instagram video, Chirag opened up about the reality behind the “high-paying corporate dream”: • 9 AM to 7 PM office, often stretched beyond • Even Sundays are not spared • No leave even during illness • Just 15 minutes for lunch • Constant pressure of unrealistic targets • No time for self or family • Sleepless nights, deteriorating mental health Chirag says what many are afraid to admit: “Money is not everything if your health and life are at stake.” He chose peace over a paycheck. He refused to sell his well-being for a salary package. Now the real question is: Was Chirag right? Or is this an emotional decision? Is the private sector pushing people toward burnout and mental breakdowns? Or is this the harsh reality of success? What do you think?

The Future of Banking: Complain and You Are Gone. A Banker with a serious health issue asks for leave in ICICI Bank. Instead of compassion, he gets threats. Instead of help, he gets apathy. And finally termination, with the brilliant justification that he “used social media.” Welcome to the new era where asking for basic rights is a “disciplinary issue.” If this is the model being celebrated, privatise everything and the message will be clear: Workers don’t matter. Human beings don’t matter. Only silence matters. We nationalised banks in the past because private systems were crushing employees. Now we are walking back into the same fire, this time willingly. History repeats. Only difference? Now the circle is darker. #Bankersvoice #icicibank #icici

💥ABSOLUTE SHOCKER FROM ICICI BANK💥 Watch how a RM at ICICI Bank brutally humiliates a staff member in front of everyone demanding “what business have you done in the last 15 days?” and calling them out like they’re worthless. - Accused of doing nothing but coming to enjoy - Told to resign if they don’t want to work - Abused verbally in the most degrading way This is not discipline, it’s cruelty. This is workplace harassment on steroids. How can anyone tolerate this in a professional environment? This is a wake-up call for banks and corporates everywhere employees deserve respect, not public humiliation. WATCH, SHARE, and SPREAD AWARENESS. #ICICIBank #WorkplaceAbuse #StopBullying #EmployeeRights #CorporateShame #Bankersvoice

🚨 A Dangerous Trend in Banking Culture: Viral Audio What started in one Bank is now spreading. From UPGB to Haryana Gramin Bank and if unchecked, it may soon reach other banks. Listen this viral audio carefully Reportedly from HGB- Nuh RM is heard saying: → Mention your last leave taken → Mention your last year’s growth → No need to take leave… manage it → We don’t have staff to approve leaves Now we are seeing something unheard of: → Leave requests being linked to performance → Employees asked to disclose leave history → Growth numbers being demanded before granting leave Since when did leave become a reward? → Leave is not a bonus. → Leave is not an incentive. → Leave is a basic right of an employee. What’s more concerning is the silence. Punjab National Bank is the sponsor bank of HGB A direct question to PNB: Is this the work culture being encouraged? Or is this happening with silent approval? Because silence at the top often becomes pressure at the bottom. Let’s be honest. This is not about discipline. This is about impressing higher authorities, showing “control” over staff to chase promotions, PLI, and visibility. But leadership is not about fear. Leadership is not about denying basic rights. Banking is already under pressure: • Staff shortage • High targets • Compliance burden • Public dealing stress And now employees must “justify” even their leave? This is not professionalism. This is institutional pressure. If this trend continues, it won’t improve performance it will only increase burnout, frustration, and silent resentment. Time to ask tough questions. Time to call this out. Disclaimer (Read Clearly): This audio has been received from circulating sources and is being shared in public interest. If this video/voice is NOT of Pushpa Yadav, or if such instructions were NOT communicated in any official/internal WhatsApp groups of the bank, then the concerned authorities should clarify immediately and publicly. Silence will be interpreted as acceptance. If proven otherwise, this post will be taken down. Until then, the concerns raised here remain valid and demand answers. Listen the audio. Decide for yourself: Discipline or Overreach? #Bankersvoice

🔥 ICICI BANK =INDIA’S BIGGEST EMPLOYEE EXPLOITATION FACTORY 🔥 One unlawful termination wasn’t enough. Today another lady officer from ICICI Bank has come forward with her horror story. And let’s stop pretending now, ICICI Bank is not a workplace. It’s a punishment centre. Behind the shiny branches, luxury lounges and “smiling customer service”… there is a brutal, inhuman, fear-driven culture where employees are squeezed, threatened, humiliated and finally thrown out like garbage. They want happy customers? Fine. But why is the condition of their own employees pain, tears, and mental torture? ICICI Bank proudly wants to stay No. 1. And yes, they are No. 1… No. 1 in exploiting officers. No. 1 in breaking people. No. 1 in destroying careers. This is the real face of privatisation: Profit at any cost. Targets at any cost. Lives be damned. If one employee gets thrown out illegally and another woman officer is terrified yet brave enough to speak up then it’s clear: The system is rotten from top to bottom. This is not an accident. This is ICICI Bank’s culture. How many more officers will they crush before someone holds this private giant accountable? #icicibank #bankersvoice

Bank of Baroda =Bank of Broken Mothers💔 Every month, another heartbreak from Bank of Baroda This time, it’s Latika, a young officer who recorded herself in tears. Humiliated. Called “extra.” Told she had no value. She was pregnant but stress and trauma took her child. Instead of support, management forced her to resign. In her video, she said she wanted to end her life. How many more will we lose before someone listens? This is not banking anymore, it is mental cruelty. Bankers are breaking down silently under impossible pressure, public humiliation and toxic culture. Transfers used as punishment. Depression treated as an excuse. Mental health completely ignored. Ministry of Finance ReserveBankOfIndia DFS Ministry of Labour & Employment, GoI You regulate profits, now regulate workplace abuse too. Bankers deserve dignity, not trauma. To every banker suffering in silence, You are not weak. You are not extra. You are human. 💔 No job is worth your life. No target is worth your tears. Speak up. Stand by each other. Let Latika’s pain not go unheard. #BankOfBaroda #BankersLivesMatter #WorkplaceAbuse #Depression #MentalHealth #bankersvoice #MentalHealthAwareness

🚨 ICICI BANK: THE TOXIC GIANT FINALLY FACING ITS EMPLOYEE REVOLT🚨 ICICI Bank ON THE BRINK OF A FIRESTORM and THE EXPLOITATION EMPIRE IS FINALLY COLLAPSING. What happened today in Howrah Branch wasn’t a protest- it was a direct challenge to years of ICICI Bank’s toxic culture. The All India ICICI Bankmen Union (AIIBMU), backed by AIUTUC & AIBEUF, stormed into the branch, slammed down written demands, and confronted the management head-on over: - Years of mental harassment - Illegal pressure tactics - Forced resignations - Humiliation & threats - Complete breakdown of employee dignity And what did ICICI Bank officials do? - Stunned faces. - Zero answers. - Zero accountability. - Absolute silence. BKC Mumbai leadership has run out of excuses, run out of lies, and run out of places to hide. This is NOT a protest. This is an uprising. Next targets: 🔥 Malda 🔥 Bhubaneswar 🔥 More cities loading… This is going NATIONAL. This fight is for DIGNITY. SAFETY. RESPECT. SURVIVAL. If you’ve been: – Humiliated – Threatened – Bullied – Silenced – Forced to resign – Mentally tortured NOW IS THE TIME TO STAND UP. One voice becomes hundreds. Hundreds become thousands. Thousands become a revolution. Victims, come forward: This is the moment. Expose the rot. Break the fear. Reclaim your respect. #ICICIBank must be held ACCOUNTABLE no matter how big they are. #Bankersvoice

🔥 You Cut The Video To Hide The Truth But You Just Ignited Thousands Of Angry Bankers Across The Country. I watched the complete video of the HDFC Bank incident not the manipulated 10 second clip that some social media handles are shamelessly circulating to twist the narrative. In the full video a female banker is clearly trying to protect herself while a man is misbehaving and attempting to manhandle her. Instead of stopping her husband even the wife was arguing and behaving rudely. This is the reality bankers face daily customers cross the line and still expect bankers to stay silent and tolerate everything. She did not stay silent. She stood strong. She defended her dignity. She even asked the wife why she is not stopping her husband. That is courage. That is self respect. That is what every banker feels inside but is often forced to suppress. But what did social media do They cut the entire context and only showed the line where she said “I am Thakur don’t do this bullshit with me” just to create controversy and hide the real issue which is misbehaviour harassment and daily humiliation faced by bankers. Being a banker myself I am proud of her. Yes proud. Because we need more bankers who can stand up against wrong behaviour instead of silently suffering abuse in the name of customer service. Bankers are professionals not punching bags. We deserve safety dignity and respect at our workplace. Stop manipulating facts. Show the full video. Show the truth. Salute to that brave banker who refused to bow down 👏 #bankersvoice

When Bankers Were Dying in Silence, One MP Spoke in Parliament Yesterday when A A Rahim raised the issue of bankers in Parliament, it did not feel like a politician speaking. It felt like a banker finally got a voice inside the system. - He spoke about over 500 banker suicides. - He spoke about late night pressure. - He spoke about humiliation, targets, and unethical sales pressure. - He spoke about bankers who resign because they simply cannot survive the mental torture anymore. Every day bankers are forced to sit till late night. Every day they are pushed to sell schemes like insurance, APY and other products just to satisfy unrealistic targets. Without numbers, many are not even allowed to go home peacefully. - Bankers are breaking down. - Some are leaving jobs. - Some are silently suffering. - Some are losing their lives. And where were many union leaders are silent, Comfortable and Busy protecting positions instead of protecting people When our own voices were ignored one MP stood up and spoke our truth. Deep respect and salute to #AARahim for showing the real condition of Indian banking: - Target humiliation - Late night pressure - Mental harassment - Unethical sales culture Also respect to those brave bankers who took this issue to him and asked him to raise it in Parliament. That courage matters. Now it is our duty as normal bankers Do not wait silently. Reach your MPs. Tell them the truth and Ask them to raise the reality of banking pressure inside Parliament Because real change will not come from circulars alone. It will come when our voices become impossible to ignore. #Bankersvoice

💔ICICI BANK’S DARK SIDE: AUDIO CLIP EXPOSES A CULTURE SO TOXIC IT FEELS CRIMINAL💔 What kind of corporate jungle is ICICI Bank running? India needs to wake up. A circulating audio clip from ICICI Bank has ripped open a world that looks less like a workplace and more like a psychological torture chamber. In the clip, RM #Anjallee_bbhaanot (emp ID- 238430) doesn’t coach, doesn’t guide, doesn’t mentor. She straight-up bullies, threatens, and psychologically corners an employee for “only three logins” in a month. Not incompetence. Not fraud. Just Three Logins. And the response? A nuclear meltdown of threats. She allegedly: Forces him to resign like she’s signing his death warrant - Uses HR as a “weapon of destruction” - Promises she’ll “end his career” - Repeatedly shuts down his pleas for one chance - And throws the caste like judgment: “We don’t want people like you.” This isn’t corporate discipline. This isn’t pressure. This is corporate sadism industrialised, packaged, and delivered with a smile. ICICI Bank loves to advertise “trust,” “care,” “values,” “support.” But if this audio is genuine, the truth inside is: FEAR. INTIMIDATION. HUMILIATION. DEHUMANISATION. Gender doesn’t matter. Woman or man, a toxic culture turns everyone into predators. No performance plan. No improvement window. No humanity. Just resign or be destroyed like employees are disposable batteries. INDIA MUST PUT ICICI BANK IN THE DOCK: - Is this your management style threats over targets? - Are managers trained to break people instead of build them? - Is HR a support system or a hit squad? - Do you terrorise employees into quitting so your numbers look clean? If the audio is real this manager should be nowhere near human beings. This culture needs dismantling, not decorating. If it’s not real then #ICICI must say so loud and clear, NOW. Silence is not corporate strategy anymore. Silence is complicity. ReserveBankOfIndia DFS Ministry of Finance India’s workforce is not cheap. India’s people are not punching bags. And India will not tolerate corporate cruelty as a business model. #Bankersvoice

Allegations of habitual workplace abuse in UPG Bank, Maharajganj Region. RM #Mukesh_Jain is repeatedly accused by officers of using abusive, insulting and demeaning language in official meetings. Multiple incidents over time suggest a pattern of misconduct, not an isolated event. Officers allege that employees are treated with utter disrespect and humiliation, as if their dignity does not matter. Such behaviour has created fear, stress and mental harassment across branches. A few months ago, an officer (Pawan Tripathi) was allegedly abused so severely that he required hospitalisation. Instead of accountability, the officer was later transferred, raising serious concerns of victimisation. Recently, another officer, Shivam Srivastava, was allegedly abused publicly in front of staff. When he responded in self-respect, the RM reportedly escalated the verbal attack further. This video is shared so that the reality of workplace culture is visible and not suppressed. Gramin Bank officers are professionals, not objects of intimidation. We demand an impartial inquiry and immediate corrective action. 🚨RM #Sharat_Chandra Pressures Bankers And Threatens Farmers, Is This Leadership in #UPGB🚨 While bankers across India work with integrity, honesty & under immense pressure, one irresponsible RM allegedly misusing authority brings disrepute to the entire system. In an audio recording, if authentic, #UPGB RM #Sharat_Chandra is not only threatening borrower but also doing crime for using identity of Police officer: - Threatening a farmer and telling himself SP Bhadohi - Projecting influence over CO, SI and SHO - Using abusive and intimidating language - And after the call, laughing in his cabin saying “How was my style Now he will do it or not?” If genuine, this is deeply disturbing First pressure on branch bankers for targets and mis selling, Now intimidation of farmers using fear of arrest ❌ This is not recovery ❌ This is not leadership ❌ This is not banking culture And let me repeat this does NOT represent bankers Bankers themselves are disturbed by such behaviour this may constitute personation, cheating and criminal intimidation under Sections 217, 248, 319, 351 and 351(4) of the BNS, along with Section 66D of the IT Act, 2000. I urge Yogi Adityanath to take cognizance if the recording is authentic I request UP POLICE DGP UP BHADOHI POLICE to examine the matter And I ask Bank of Baroda DFS ❓Is this the kind of leadership being protected ❓Does fear and humiliation define performance now If the audio is authentic, accountability must follow #ProtectFarmers #RespectBankers #Accountability

Bank Employees Are Being Squeezed: Hear It Straight From Her I just watched a video from a Bank of Baroda employee, and everything she says hits hard. After mergers, employees are under more pressure than ever. Management treats us as numbers, and their frustrations are dumped on us daily. In her words, many Assistant Managers (Scale 3) are scared to accept promotions. Why? Because a promotion means more pressure, more targets, less time for family, and even less personal happiness. She explains how taking leave for important family events is frowned upon, and how the focus is always on work over life. What really stands out is her honest truth: yes, NBFCs may pay less, but happiness and peace of mind are far higher. In banks, the salary may be bigger, but personal happiness often drops below zero. This video is eye-opening. I strongly agree with her perspective, and I believe anyone working in banking or considering it, needs to hear her story. Watch the full video to understand the real struggles of bank employees. #Bankersvoice

Proof of #BOB #RM_BURDWAN Some of RAJESH DAS's boot lickers were claiming that these allegations are false. so here I stand firm with proof.. Nothing is posted here without facts and proof Listen, everyone. It really seems like we bankers are so helpless because of our families, otherwise, after the unethical behaviour and dictatory words this pointless psycho RM Rajesh Kumar delivered, he should be paraded on donkey and marched to his home in disgrace by keeping shoe in hand . These kind of RMs are cancer to the staaf bounding them to committ suicides because of such brutal and ferocious harrassments. This cunning man is provoking to commit suicide . Can't go home, you rascal, you traitor. I'll show you: You'll lose your job. Enough excuses. RM Rajesh Kumar’s words are not the firm guidance of a manager, they are intimidation tactics aimed at silencing employees. This behaviour corrodes trust, endangers staff welfare, and disgraces the profession. Bank of Baroda must act now, immediate suspension, an independent investigation, and clear protections for staff and publish the findings of the enquiry. If the bank shields him, we will take this to regulators, the press and public forums until accountability is achieved.”

🚨 UPGB: From Banking to Brutality: The Truth No One Wants to Hear 🚨 Last night, Manager #Amit_Kumar returned from the Regional Office after a meeting that ended post 10:30 PM. While returning home late at night, he met with a serious accident and is currently struggling for his life in the hospital. Since amalgamation, #UPGB has turned into a pressure cooker of fear, unsafe late nights, and an inhuman work culture. Meetings running till 10-11 PM are being normalized, workloads are endless, and employee health, safety, and dignity are ignored. The responsibility for this toxic culture lies with #HR #Saurabh_Gupta (888776429O) and #RM #Anirudh_Singh (7389937I86), who together have institutionalized late night pressure and intimidation. RM Anirudh Singh, who came from Bank of Baroda , is widely perceived to be treating RRB employees as subordinates rather than professionals, enforcing a command-and-control culture that is alien to the ethos of Regional Rural Banks. This growing sense of discrimination and disrespect has deeply demoralized long-serving RRB staff. On 31st December at 11:40 PM, bill transfers were rejected despite full knowledge that the portal would close the next day causing avoidable financial loss and mental harassment to employees. This was not an accident; it reflects reckless authority without accountability. For an entire week, meetings stretched till 10–11 PM daily, pushing bankers beyond human limits. HR dictates, RMs execute, and questioning this culture invites punishment. Last night, tragedy struck: A manager returning home late after work met with a serious accident and fractured both legs. This is the real human cost of glorifying late-night “commitment.” This was completely preventable. Yet, senior union leadership remains silent, watching employees burn out, suffer, and risk their lives. Under Chairman #YS_Thakur, UPGB is no longer functioning like a bank: it resembles a system of fear, where employees are driven by targets, threats, and exhaustion rather than professionalism. How can #5DaysBanking survive when employees are forced to work late nights and weekends? This is a call to all banking unions, regulators, and authorities: 👉 Stop late-night meetings 👉 End discriminatory and authoritarian management practices 👉 Restore humane working hours 👉 Fix accountability in HR and regional management Ministry of Finance DFS Bank of Baroda Banking cannot run on fear. Productivity cannot come from intimidation. #UPGBBrutality #StopLateNightMeetings #BankersSafety #BankersVoice #RRBEmployees
