She walks into Love Luxury with a Birkin 20 Faubourg and asks for half a million. Staff: “We can’t do £500k… but we can do a deal.” They agree on £400,000. Retail was ~£20k. Grey “Rainy Days,” matte alligator, Permabrass hardware, building facade. Discontinued and one of the first Permabrass versions on the secondary market. Hermès really said “investment piece.”

Hermès REFUSED To Sell them The Bag. They SUED. two people sued hermès for refusing to sell them a handbag. the store had the bag. the store said no. you have to buy scarves, belts, jewelry and blankets first to build a "purchase history" before they'll offer you one. and the sales associate earns 3% commission on all of that..

Watch a 12-year-old hustler named Adam walks into Diamanti NYC in the Diamond District trying to sell a two-tone Rolex for $9,200. She offers $8,000. He comes back at $8,800. She passes on the watch, then hands him $100 just for the hustle. He walks out with $120.
