Ancient Persian Date Recipe 🌴 In southern Iran it’s called چنگال خرمایی, and among the Larestani Khaleeji diaspora, Betheeth or Betheetha. If I remember correctly, tribal Arabs of Najd call it Shuatha (شعثة)! Healthy & high-energy, portable food for, labor, and long journeys

A young Fahad Al-Kandari who’s a master Quran reciter and worldly renowned The Kandaris are Larestanis from Faramarzan Valley which is Kemsk,Gechu,Darbast,etc.. a group of villages and they created a huge confederation in Kuwait upon their arrival and called it The Kanadara 🇰🇼
