In 2003, there were 1.5 million indigenous #Chaldean #Catholics in #Iraq. Christianity was brought there by St. Thomas the Apostle in 1st century AD. But due to neocons intentionally targeting the ancient #Christians of #Iraq and #Syria with forever wars aimed at arming terrorists and wiping out our communities, there are less than 250,000 #Chaldeans remaining in Iraq.
