The Cam Ward INT from yesterday: I actually don't hate the process on this one. He tries to test the deep in-breaker against MOFC with anticipation, and I *do* think Ayomanor needs to break this route off flatter. However, Cam has to read Denzel Ward's leverage better here -- his hips remain open to the MOF the entire play, and he's in Ayomanor's hip pocket the entire route. The biggest issue still lies in the ball placement though. Even with the tight coverage, if this ball is on the correct shoulder, it's still a big time completion. You CANNOT put this in-breaker on Ayomanor's back shoulder. Gut wrenching INTs resulting from errant ball placement continue to plague Cam Ward's tape

Tough start to #Titans QB Cam Ward's sophomore season yesterday The bones of good mental persist, but the accuracy issues will continue to cripple him

The pocket management issues continued to plague Cam Ward's tape against Philadelphia Jalyx Hunt eventually comes free of Dan Moore here, but the middle of the pocket is squeaky clean for Cam to step into. He has cover 2 to the short side with Carnell Tate coming free across the middle, but he again bails on a clean pocket instead of stepping up and ripping a should-be touchdown

This was comfortably Cam Ward's best throw of the season thus far imo. Extremely impressive to layer this over the DB while off-platform

I'm gonna use the Bo Nix daggergate scandal as an example of why Cam Ward's tape can be so frustrating to me at times. In an NFL landscape where so many young quarterbacks struggle with the ability to process information pre/post-snap, I'm actually often impressed by Ward in that department. How often his mechanics/pocket limitations restrict his good processing is what's so irking Awesome vision and anticipation to get to his dig on dagger against c6 on this rep, but a guy with an arm strong enough to punch a football through tungsten can't hit a 25 yard dig above the shoelaces. Maddening

Thought this was Ward's best throw of the day yesterday. Reads the man motion key pre-snap, finds the crosser against c1 on-time, and throws with impressive touch + placement. If this is to any receiver with longer than 27 5/8" arms, this is a catch for an explosive

If you're the #Titans, I don't know what you feasibly do with Alontae Taylor at this point. He just can't hang athletically as an outside corner at this point in his career. Ideally, you stick him in the slot where stop routes can't eviscerate him anymore, but then you're bumping one of your better young players in Marcus Harris. Not like they necessarily have a well of depth at outside corner either (maybe Joshua Williams?). Rock and a hard place

There were a handful of turnover-worthy throws that were pretty rough, but Cam Ward's highs in Week 17 vs the Saints were probably his highest of this season. Just some flat-out insane throws #Titans

I continue to have major questions surrounding the #Titans spacing issues on offense. Whether it's a design flaw or an execution issue, I'm not sure, but the receivers end up occupying the same space/encroaching on each other's breaks far too often

Outstanding first game as a starter for #Titans rookie S Kevin Winston Jr. Extremely impressive as a run defender, and clearly continued to get his feet back under him in coverage as the game went on. If this is the level of play in his first NFL game playing starting-caliber snaps + returning from a major knee injury, then Tennessee is gonna have a weapon in the secondary for a long time.

Ohio State WR Carnell Tate is my WR1 and a top-3 player on my 2026 NFL Draft board Also currently one of my favorite #Titans targets. Would be an elite deep threat to pair with Cam Ward - 6'3 200 pound frame - effortless mover, wastes no movement in/out of breaks - natural separator - teach tape rocker step - elite body control - advanced route runner - strong hands at the catch point

How #Titans fans have seemed to forget about all of this in 5 months is beyond me. I'm not saying he can't be a rotational contributor, but this guy is not a WR2 caliber player anymore

Obviously, he still has things to clean up, but Week 8 was probably the best game of Cam Ward's #Titans career thus far. He's still getting absolutely 0 help from the supporting cast, but he threw some SEEDS
