I went to the local supermarket, and there’s a crazy homeless person wearing a hospital gown screaming and mooning at people. Dariia suggested reporting it to the police. I’ve never done this before, but assume it’s a Bystander Effect type situation so I agree to do it. Call 101 (non emergency police line), spend 4 minutes being told by different recordings “report this online instead”. So I go online, and it takes me over 5 minutes to file the report. (Not counting that I have to answer some questions twice to be redirected by the central Police website to the Met Police site) I’m asked a bunch of DEI questions which waste time (completely unnecessary). By the time I’m done, the person has harassed 20 more people and walked to a different street. It makes sense that they’d have such silly submission processes - it will improve their numbers because fewer people bother to report incidents. Not impressed by Metropolitan Police

On the 5th of September, I'm throwing the most optimistic gathering London has ever seen - a giant picnic in Hyde Park for everyone who's tired of being told the future is doomed. There won't be any speeches, or an agenda. Just bring a blanket, some food, and someone who needs cheering up. I vibe-coded a AAA game with the creator of GTA, the former CEO of Runescape (Mark Gerhard), and their game studio’s Head of AI (Will Jones). We built an in-game voice assistant that understands the game state, can spawn weapons and objects, and even lets you create new objects and game modes from scratch. If you want to try it out for free before release, you can sign-up to the next play-test below.

Over the last week, TfL have quietly started cleaning graffiti from the Bakerloo line. Just goes to show what a group of motivated citizens can achieve. This is great progress, but the job is far from done. Join the Cavalry - let's get Britain back on track.

I’m hosting a hackathon with ElevenLabs Developers and the UK Government Incubator for Artificial Intelligence. We will spend two days building with the actual people in central government deploying AI for everything from Education to the Prime Minister himself. Don’t miss it.

Working at ElevenLabs is awesome, in part because I get to do things like this.

Dariia and I got married in Ukraine yesterday. A beautiful Ukrainian Orthodox service (the orthodox go hard). And a party full of dancing, eating, and organised fun. Dariia and I were each asked to create a short video to entertain our guests. This is my contribution.

If we want more British born children, we need to start building houses now. Matt Goodwin’s goal - more native-born children - is spot on, but we need to address the cause of the problem, not punish the victims of it. That’s why we want to build a city - new homes, new jobs, more nature, big ambition. We need to build somewhere for the next generation of British families.

This is great news, but let’s not count our chickens before they’ve hatched. In just two days last week we gathered 150 people ready to go out and march in Westminster to demand action on energy. We still need to see much more action from gov, or they’ll see it from us.
