A heartbreaking reminder of Hezbollah’s relentless terror. Omer Weinstein, a devoted father of four, was killed last week by a Hezbollah rocket while farming near Metula. Here, one of his sons, Yishai, delivered a heartbreaking obituary at his father’s funeral, expressing the unimaginable pain of their loss. Thank you, London, for standing once again with the 50 hostages kidnapped to Gaza and their families. Our hostages are being starved and tortured by Hamas. The war can end tomorrow if Hamas lays down its arms and releases all the remaining hostages. They must all be freed now! 🎗️

While hostages were held at Shifa Hospital and subjected to abuse, murder and sexual assault, Doctors Without Borders (MSF International) continued to operate on-site. Given these cases and the infiltration into UNRWA, our request for elementary transparency procedures is a legitimate and logical measure to ensure aid groups remain purely dedicated to providing assistance.

Nova survivor @NatalieSanandaji narrowly escaped death on the 7th October. She ran for hours on end to escape the terrorists who were hunting her. Her experience only emboldened her to tell her story and to advocate for the remaining 48 hostages still in captivity. Tomorrow is the 7th October. The second anniversary of the horrific attack from Hamas that led to the deaths of 1200 innocents and 250 civilians taken captive. We must never stop talking about that day.

Today, at our Embassy, we released orange balloons in memory of Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas z”l, as they were laid to rest. This was a tribute of remembrance and respect for a family that everyone in Israel prayed would return home, but whom we were forced to part with in sorrow beyond words. Our hearts are with Yarden Bibas and his family in these painful moments. 🧡

After attending the Nova festival, Avinatan Or could have escaped the horrors of captivity, but chose to put himself in danger to protect his girlfriend Noa Argamani. He turned 31 in captivity, with nothing or no one to celebrate with. Ditza, his mother, came to Israel in the UK 🇮🇱🤝🇬🇧 to plead for his life and the life of the remaining hostages.

The IDF has recovered a video from deep inside Hamas tunnels - a haunting recording of the final Hanukkah celebrated by hostages Hersh, Eden, Almog, Alex and Carmel. They were kidnapped on 7th October and held in darkness for months before being executed by their captors in August 2024. In the footage, they cling to a moment of light in a place designed entirely for cruelty. May their memories shine as the light Hamas tried to extinguish.
