Iโm not even sure I should post this, but a friend told me about a wedding she went to last weekend. During the coupleโs dance, the groomโs ex showed up in a wedding gown and tried to disrupt things. What stood out was how calm the bride was. Maybe she already knew about crazy ex. Apparently no one confronted her or dragged her out. Everyone just ignored her and continued the ceremony. Alleged Medical Negligence which Led to the Death of Okolie Ngozi Blessingโฆ We lost my sister, Blessing Okolie, on March 28, 2026. A scissor/artery forceps was left in her stomach after anfibroid surgery at OAR Medical Centre, Ilepo Abule Egba. After a โsuccessfulโ surgery, they gave her milk + Milo in 4 hours. On the 3rd day, she started experiencing severe pain and bloating. We begged for a scan, but the hospital said it wouldnโt show anything. 10 days later, they finally agreed. After the scan, the result showed an Artery forceps inside her. She was too weak, but they refused to refer us. They then did a 2nd surgery but she got worse. April 11, 3am: Their fuel finished. She was on oxygen. We rushed her to the LASUTH ICU. Paid immediately. 1 day later, her heart stopped. Blessing was gone. So few days ago, I made a wish, which was to pay off a loan and kick start my plans of reaching out to kidney disease patients. SUPREMOS ๐ค๐ reached out to me and offered to assist pay off the loan ONLY. My God will honour you sir๐. But because this has been my heart desire for years now, I decided to touch a few peopleโs lives in return. So I was privileged to go to National Hospital Abuja today. I visited the kidney dialysis wing and I was able to reach out to 3 patients. Patient A: Female, developed kidney disease after birth of her child and have been on dialysis since then. Patient B: Male, developed kidney disease after COVID 19, then developed cardiac myopathy and have been on dialysis since 2019.
