In 3 months of eating healthy, not drinking, lifting weights and doing yoga I’ve seen WAY more of a change in my body than after paying a absurd amount for a mommy makeover. If you are thinking about getting surgery I beg of you to try 3-6months of a full lifestyle change FIRST. My stomach still has numbness from my mini tummy tuck and a scar that will never go away!!! AND You know what, I was still unhealthy after the surgery because I didn’t make the needed lifestyle changes. Although I wish I didn’t have the mommy makeover I do think it helped motivate me to get on the right start. However, I really want people to know that surgery does not change your habits. If you get surgery without making a lifestyle change, you will go right back to where you started! It almost happened to me !! Surgery is way too expensive to have it all be for nothing! To all the moms out there, I know having a baby completely changes your body and it’s so demotivating to try to get back in the gym after seeing such drastic changes! You got this!
