Serial animal abuser from Bakersfield, Kern County. Apparently choked and killed this husky. All info in screenshots. This guy apparently has a history of "adopting" to torture & kill dogs. Kern County manager knows but doesn't care. Bellavitarescue is looking for a lawfirm.
