One thing I love about this, is that people got their degree and pivoted I think it's important to be fair with yourself that what you want for yourself at 18, is probably not what you want for yourself at 30 But you still have access to the network when you decide to pivot

She's not wrong, but people get uncomfortable It's not personal, there's been some systemic reasons, gatekeeping, environmental factors, etc; but we have to start changing the definition of what survival mode looks like maybe it doesn't have to be negative but strategic
