Kwood keeps talking abt chasing that 1000 cr mark like Twood.. but bruh, just look at these ppl’s reactions to Ayirathil Oruvan now. Jaw dropped, fully awestruck the same film you failed to celebrate when it actually released. And now I totally get why Karthi always spoke so emotionally abt this movie. That scale, that ambition, that vision back in those days.. 🤌 We’ve been so busy comparing ourselves with Twood that we forgot we already had gems like this. I watched it as a kid, maybe not the whole film and didn’t get anything but watching it now.. I get it, even though not completely.. 🤪 A masterpiece indeed.
