It’s to be IN with a majority of your portfolio and to ride until the trend is over. Ribs are one of my specialties I love to cook. I always get compliments on how tender they are. The secret to getting super tender, fall off the bone ribs is just removing the membrane on the underside of them. Most people skip that and so they come out chewy and tough. A little prep work to remove it goes a long way and they come out tender. After that, salt and pepper both sides and cook for 4-5 hours at 300-325 wrapped and then add barbecue sauce at the end and broil for 2 minutes to get the melted texture and flavor pop. Okay, back to crypto.
