These Deltarune mods are pretty cool but they also really highlight the mechanical chunkiness of this 30fps battle system when it gets pushed too far. In the future mods should really just start using the 60fps patch as a base to build on.

Turns out a lot of these Cave Xbox 360 ports at least partly simulated the slowdown by actively lagging the console. One problem that the recompilation now faces is that a lot of that slowdown is now gone. It's still workable but it's less slowdown than Exa and Arcade.

For some reason Psyvariar 3 makes your level up shield do more damage the higher your level is. This causes an issue where optimizing the earlier game is pointless because you'll lose that edge on the boss anyway. Earlier Psyvariar games didn't do this #サイヴァリア３ #psyvariar3
