Governance becomes meaningful only when decision-making, resources and responsibility are brought closer to the people. Communities are better placed to understand their own needs and priorities than a centralised system sitting far away from the people. Fiscal devolution must therefore go hand in hand with administrative and development devolution. It is not enough to transfer responsibilities without transferring the financial resources, authority, institutional capacity and accountability required to deliver them.

A good start! Would suggest CM to instruct all ministers, secretaries, Commissioners, DCs,SPs, ACs, Service sectors, miniciple corporations to immediately visit their places and send quarterly reports Balochistan 70% matters are related to public service and good governance.

Its a very serious thing and i would ask all stake holders to address this matter. One, merit is being deprived. Secondly, sub standard capacity is becoming part of system day by day... lastly, the employed will serve the one who has given him the job.

Government should make sure that situation in hub is brought under control...Recounting or polling procedures are part of election rules and any hindrance be stopped. Writ of government is necessary for the security of common people in hub who at the moment are disturbed.
