I walked through Auschwitz today. Through the gate that promised “work makes one free”. This was one of the darkest lies ever told. Over 1.1 million people were murdered here simply for being Jewish. The gas chambers. The Zyklon B. The crematoriums. This place is a reminder of what hatred can do… and why Israel exists today. Never again must be more than a slogan. It must be a promise.

WE ARE having a damn fine time this summer. Every night is a new adventure and it blows my mind to see how many of you are still joining us for the very first time! This acoustic moment with my friend StephenGlickman is one of my favorite parts of the show. I’ve known Stephen since before BTR - our families would get together in San Diego when we were kids, for Shabbat and high holiday dinners. I’d see him playing piano at these, and that’s part of what inspired me to learn to play. So getting to sing with him again, to sold out crowds around the world now is…magic. Beyond words. This Friday I’ll release EYES - a song that’s very personal to me, and sets the stage for a whole new project. Hey, maybe Stephen and I should do that one together next!
