Later in the meeting Fulton Board of Commissioners Chair, Rob Pitts, was called out for refusing to seat a Republican on the Election Board. Mr Pitts lied, claimed that it wasn't true and ran for the door! What am I missing here? Mr Pitts and the other 4 Fulton Commissioners voted to block me, lost in court, were held in contempt, required to pay our legal feel + $10K/day and sent it to Appeals Court where it sits today. Mr. Pitts only came to the hearing to make campaign talking points for his race to remain as Chair. Isn't there someone with integrity willing to run for Chair?

This week my double voting case was finally heard at the GA State Board of Elections. The case involved a subset of 10 THOUSAND people registered in Fulton as many as 11 times. YES some voted twice! Yes in 2020! Yes 2 votes for 1 person in 2020. We are told this didn't happen. I handed the board a current list from the Fulton Voter Rolls of 362 people all born between 1800 - 1910. I handed the board a list of addresses where people are registered in 2 counties. Clearly sloppy management and a complete disregard for the voter. Lastly, I handed the board another THOUSAND people that are registered 2 or 3 times in Fulton today to show that Fulton, the SOS and ERIC are still failing. Each and every one of these folks have multiple unique voter IDs thus, could vote twice!!! This enables fraud. OCGA 21-2-590 considers this a Felony. HAVA requires a system to eliminate duplicate regs, another potential violation. Double voting in a Federal Election is a crime and must be reviewed by the DOJ. Ed Martin Harmeet K. Today at the Georgia Senate, Senator Greg Dolezal called for a state takeover of Fulton County's Elections. He called out their refusal to seat Republican members to the Fulton Board of Elections. That is just one of MANY things wrong with Fulton Elections. We need everyone at the Capital talking about this if it is to be successful. Note: Senator Dolezal accidentally referred to the position as being on the State Board whereas it is on the Fulton Board of Elections.

AAGHarmeetDhillon While you are looking at Fulton Co, I would like to officially notify you of a potential voter intimidation violation which occurred in 2022. This video is my response to a challenge against the legitimacy of my voter registration. Summary: I challenged approximately 2K voter registrations which were at commercial locations across Fulton Co including UPS Stores, USPS Stores, Train Stations, Self Storage Lots, Gas Stations, etc. One individual who was registered at a woodworking factory decided to retaliate and challenge my right to vote claiming that my own registration was somehow illegal. After sitting through 6 days of the Fair Fight v. True the Vote case, this appeared to be exactly what Fair Fight was looking for while claiming voter intimidation specifically Section 11b of the Voting Rights Act. Although this may have occurred ~3.5 years ago, it is simply one piece of a continuation of intimidation tactics which continue to this day as I am currently being blocked from serving on the Fulton Co Board of Elections.
