Rubbish! I am a Genito-urinary surgeon, who frequently (even 2 days back), perform surgeries alongside gynecologists. I also perform Urogynaecology. All his claims r factually wrong. Whether it is best for a baby to cm out thro Caesar or Vagina is a decision to be taken by a gynaecologist, in the interests of the mother & baby. STFU.

This 'Netra Basti' treatment given by some Ayurvedic Practitioners, can lead to corneal injury, devastating infection or serious allergies- loss of vision due to contact with warmed Ghee or Oil. A ghastly tragedy has occurred due to the CM ambitions of a crazy delinquent. Instead of consoling the relatives of the dead, he runs away to the comfort of his air-conditioned home. It is the Guardian Angel of 8 cr Tamils, The H'ble CM who rushes to the hospital in distant Karur in the dead of the night, to oversee relief work first-hand,& console the bereaved. He takes absolutely no political mileage, but speaks responsibly abt speeding up relief work. What a man!

Dr. Ramya, qualified gynaecologist, appointed on contract basis to Govt Mayiladuthurai HQ hospital hs been suspended by the JDHS yesterday. Contract drs cannot be suspended. Dr. Ramya, had conducted 12 deliveries, including 5 Caesarean surgeries at this hospital on that day. A difficult case of shoulder dystocia presented to her. Despite her best efforts, she cd save only the mother. Due to peri-parturition complications, the child passed away. A massive emotional crowd gathered at the hospital, & indulged in Road Roko. Various politicians joined the crowd to raise passions. The JDHS, on seeing the crowd, suspended the dr. Already the TN Govt gynaecologists r heavily overworked. Suspending an obstetrician due to public pressure, even without asking her basic questions on the unfortunate event is highly condemnable. Already the pay of TN Govt Drs is the lowest in India. If such knee-jerk suspensions to manage emotional violent mobs continues, gynaecologists might prefer pvt practice & defensive medicine. This will be to the detriment of the 8 cr Tamil population. All Drs' unions hv condemned this & some hv announced boycott of OP work at Mayiladuthurai HQ hospital, from today. This boycott will be further intensified.

This lie has to be debunked. Ás a dr, let me do it. Here is the timeline of the proposed AIIMS Madurai; 1. On 28.2.15, the central government of Modi announced that a 750 bedded AIIMS will come up in TN. 2. In 2018, Modi's cabinet approved it. 3. In Jan 2019, PM Modi laid the foundation stone for this AIIMS. 4. It has now been announced that 50 students of the first batch of AIIMS-M are studying at Tamilnadu Govt's Ramanathapuram Medical College since APRIL 2022. 5. Now Modi's govt announces that construction of the hospital will begin in late 2024 & end in 2028. How long does it take to build a 750 bedded hospital? Tamilnadu CM Thalapathy avl, assumed office on 7.5.2021. He announced a 1000 bedded Kalaignar Centenary Hospital in 2022. In one yr flat, on 15.6.2023, this hospital became functional with all facilities, personnel & infrastructure. I worked there. But, building a 750 bedded AIIMS takes 13 yrs for Modi from 2015 to 2028. Naturally the public which stands to gain from a govt hospital, will be asking searching questions. What does this actress find wrong in this???
