a full AI UGC video now costs me $0 - google flow account: $1.60 for 18 months - 1000 credits a month + 50 free every day - a full video = 45 credits (three 10s clips) the clip itself costs nothing the only thing that costs anything is the upscale, about a dollar, and you don't even need it everything here is raw output, no upscale

this ad is 100% ai balloon art style under $2 in compute 10 minutes start to finish and the workflow is dumber than you think script it with the right claude skill (not the generic slop) generate every scene's first frame feed those into omni or kling stitch in capcut thats the whole thing the crazy part you can automate almost all of it with claude code everyone in supplements is running the same girl-talking-to-camera ad meanwhile your brain has never seen a probiotic sold by a balloon the format is the pattern interrupt

Cantina has racked 6 million downloads using this ONE UGC format this is one of the best organic app growth plays i've seen the video got 6M views, 800k likes the app is doing: 6M+ downloads 1.9M monthly active users $0 spent on ads with formats like a girl crying "trying to save my TWO YEAR relationship and my bf literally doesn't care" then she pulls out her phone and its an AI character she's been venting to the app is never pitched, its the punchline and you don't scroll past a punchline i studied and reverse-engineered their entire UGC growth strategy then i built a complete system that lets you find a proven format like this, drop your product inside it, and replicate the exact same growth for any app comment "APP" and i'll send you the full system (must be following so i can dm) if you're a brand and want this for your products launch a campaign on Affiliate Network below

omni motion control is f*cking cracked the left clip is the original. the right is 100% ai, same video, one prompt i grabbed a weight loss transformation off tiktok, gave omni a single image of a totally different girl, and it rebuilt the whole clip around her. she copies the original move for move, down to the dumbbells and the timing. and she doesnt exist and i barely lifted a finger. this was the entire prompt, word for word: "replace the person in the video attached with the person attached in the image, make sure the weight loss transformation is exactly the same from fat to fit" gpt image 2 made the character and omni did the rest. thats it brands pay creators to reshoot the same winning ad with different people just to split test. now you film it once and swap the face for cents. one video turns into 50 i wrote up the full setup: > the prompt method that transfers motion without breaking > how to find reference videos that work > how to batch this out at scale comment "MOTION" and ill send it over
