When tourists start saying Srinagar’s traffic is worse than Delhi’s, it’s a signal that deserves attention. With the peak tourist season yet to arrive, timely measures and better planning are urgently needed.

It is very unfortunate that the SSP Traffic Srinagar chose to blame me for highlighting people driving SUVs on footpaths, and claimed that I did it for publicity and fame, while those openly breaking the rules go unquestioned. Sir, when citizens highlight such issues, it should be seen as public awareness and support for law enforcement, and should be encouraged, not discouraged. J&K Traffic Police

I just watched her video. She didn’t say anything that reflected ego or a sense of superiority. She seems like a polite and articulate young woman. She thanked the Indian government for the smooth evacuation from Iran and also expressed concern about the poor condition of the buses. All she wanted was to return home safely and reunite with her parents as soon as possible. Over the past few years, even some of the nicest people have turned into trolls. It’s really sad.

Taking Central University to Ganderbal was okay for him and his party jknc, but establishing AIIMS in South Kashmir is a bad location. Neither he, nor his father & grandfather did anything to bring an institution to South Kashmir in the last 70 years, despite holding the maximum number of Assembly seats from here. Now, when AIIMS is being set up at Awantipora, a centrally located and flood safe location, he chooses to oppose it. All people of south Kashmir must strongly oppose this narrative.

Watch the transformation of our village riverbank! In the second phase of our initiative, we, along with the village youth foundation, took the lead in removing garbage from the banks of our village stream. We will continue this effort until it regains its former beauty.

Dear Imran Nabi Dar you say the allegations must be examined fairly and that medical judgments should be assessed only by experts. But in this case, the health minister appears to have indicted the doctor even before any inquiry was completed. Rather than focusing on what others have said, you should first see the health minister's own statements before commenting.

The biggest takeaway from the much-talked-about governance resolution at #Dachigam seems to have finally reached Thanamandi,a spoonful of macadamisation. A chamacha-sized patch of blacktopping has arrived, keep your cups ready.

The tragedy is that even the Chief Minister seems to believe you need sifarish to establish a hospital. The argument is that a ruling party MLA’s access to the Secretariat alone can get a hospital sanctioned. If hospitals are given through sifarish and on the basis of votes, then what bigger irony can there be? You must watch this speech by Omar Abdullah during the Budgam election campaign 👇

We have started the fourth phase of our cleaning drive for Sandran, our village stream and a vital source of the River Jhelum. It’s truly heartening to see that what we have started as a small initiative is now inspiring communities to take action and protect our water bodies. #saverivers #SaveWaterBodies

The youth of Barsoo, Awantipora, have formed a committee and started cleaning the water bodies in their village. Happy to know that the movement is now spreading to other villages. A great step towards a cleaner and healthier environment! #keepyourvillageclean @vyc_barsoo
