When the owl loading post went viral, many said “DEV’S NIGHTMARE”, so I recreated the process and tested it with my team DSpot Team. Results: 🖌 Design, Animation & Setup in Rive → ~10h ⚙️ Integration/Test (iOS) → ~1h Most of the work is done in Rive. For devs, it was almost "plug & play".
