One of my favorite days of the year!!! Our 18th annual NFL Head Coaches day-drinking day at the NFL Owners Meeting. I started this with Mike Tomlin 18 years ago (yes, we raised a glass to him) to get the head coach fraternity to bond together, bounce things off each other, ask each other for advice and to celebrate how cool life is TOGETHER. Leaders take care of everybody else but who takes care of the leaders? This is a cool way to bond so these leaders can all take care of each other. Trying to make it less lonely at the top! Oh, and the stories that are shared are CLASSIC!!! We had 28 of 32 coaches show!!! Oh, and I brought my brothers Michael Phelps and Mark “The Smashing Machine” Kerr along as well to punch up the day. Classic day!!!! Hilarious convos! (Oh, forgive me for the lousy camera work, lol) Side note: everyone always asks who picks up the bill? McVay did it this year. The NFL lost another teammate wayyyyy too young yesterday in Rondale Moore. Absolutely gutting. Listen, to every athlete out there… I will keep saying this over and over and over again… when you are in pain LEAN INTO YOUR TEAMMATES!!!! They WANT to be there for you. A locker room is absolutely magical!!! It’s such a unique FAMILY. I get hiding the pain because I did for 50 years!!! Had the biggest personality to hide really really bad pain. That pain absolutely fucking sucks!! I get jt. You feel like you don’t want to be a burden to others or others won’t understand. Turned out I was wrong!! Life changed when I started opening up. It will for you too and most of all… YOUR TEAMMATES WANT TO BE THERE FOR YOU!!! So if you’re struggling, open up, it’ll only get you closer together. Take THAT plunge… instead of making that other decision. Pleaseeee lean into your teammates. GOD bless!

Stem cells here we come!!!! How beautiful is this place Auragens and Panama City, Panama!!! They have already made such a majorly SIGNIFICANT difference in my health, pain and all my breaks and ruptures! I’ve spent the last 18 years training NFL players in mixed martial arts and gotten beat to shit as a result. But Auragens had already prevented me from a 3-level fusion in my lower back and last year completed healed a biceps tendon tear and two big tears in my rotator cuff. So happy to spend my last week before NFL season begins here with my beautiful bride Rosie TenisonTwins for healing!!! Rosie comes for anti-aging and I do that too. On top of the healing Panama is AMAZING!!! Some of the best culinary experiences we’ve ever had in the world and the people here are so great!! Final treatment at Auragens and TWO realllllly exciting things happened. First one, I am BLOWN AWAY by… I actually did NOT need any more treatments on my lower back. That’s unfathomable to me!!! If you swipe to the next pic you’ll see how disgusting my MRI of my back was. 12 ruptures in the L’s, 5 herniations in the cervical spine. I literally don’t have an L4/L5 disc so it’s bone on bone on nerves. Before stem cells I had 24/7/365 nerve pain down both legs, left was pain plus a painful numb block of the front left quadrant of my thigh for 20 years. That pain and numbing??? GONE!!! It’s really unreal!! Amazing. Second exciting announcement is we tabbed 2 more combat veterans, 2 heroes who got injured on same mission, to come down together to Panama to get treatment with ZERO cost to them!!! We got it! Thank you @brianstann for jumping aboard to help me build this program and a hugeee thanks to Auragens and @tonypaoli7 for making this program come to life. It’s bullshit that this type of treatment isn’t affordable for everyone nor available in the US to our wounded veterans for free. While we will continue to give free healing to select veterans I hope one day it’s available to all of them for free in the US! Until then, we will try to bring more and more down for free. #healing #stemcell #panama

Soooo this broke out at the house last night for Monday Night Football Nothing but a good time at Glazer’s! Damn we kicked the season off right!!! Rosie and i are eloping to Amalfi Coast exactly ONE WEEK FROM TODAY!!! My problem is… when these 2 TenisonTwins dress the same how the hell am i supposed to know which one I’m marrying?!?? Lol I can’t ask for a better sister in law than the one over there (who’s nice enough to watch our dogs for us when we are gone). The two of them have absolutely changed my life. They are the best support system I could ever ask for. Plus, they are a rolling party where every day is a happy day. I love you both. We are just week away Rosie from our lives changing forever. I am sooooo freaking grateful for this man right here. He led the way to make one of my dreams come true. When FOX made me stop fighting in 2004 that demand reallllllllly messed with my soul, my spirit. Plus, I was going through a brutal divorce. Jared Allen made sure we did everything together back then, made sure my nights were not spent alone in misery of loneliness bc of the sudden divorce. At the same time, even though FOX forbid me from taking another fight, I was still training every day just in case they changed their mind. Jared and I lifted together twice a day then he’d drive me to fight practice and sparring twice a day. Eventually I said, “instead of you just sitting here waiting on me like you’re my mom waiting for me to finish soccer practice, hop in the ring with me and my team and lets turn football into a fight.” Jared trained his ass off like he was a fighter, got his hands VIOLENTTTT, really violent, did a ton of Greco Roman wrestling and BJJ drills open up his hips while lowering his base and getting his leverage to be a true weapon. But more then anything Jared viewed every play as a round and he knew already had nworked harder than anyone he’d line up across so he could swing away as the men across from him would break. Welp, Jared went out that next year and for the first time led the league with 15 sacks and he announced to the world and over again it was because he trained in mixed martial arts with us. Soon after allllll these players and teams called asking if we can do the same thing with them as Jared. He started an amazing movement. We’ve since trained upwards of 1,000 athletes in our Unbreakable MMA Way. We’ve changed some careers but more than anything we forged the greatest fight bonds ever… … All Because of Jared!!!!! So proud to see him up there today, even more proud of seeing him evolve into the greatest husband and dad. Thanks for everything you crazy fuck! Pick on someone your one size Glazer!!!! Pummeling wrestling drill I do with NFL linemen, NOTHING better for these cats than body on body work!!! This Greco-Roman wrestling drill works on leverage, look how low Zach Banner can get despite being 6-foot-8, 345 pounds. Also teaches you to feel your opponent’s movement to move him, dump him, push him out over his heels, etc. Just as valuable we do 3 minute rounds of this with a one minute break. If you can do 3 minutes of this with a one minute break you damn sure can do 7 seconds (approximately an NFL play) with a one minute break and know you got more in your tank than everyone else!!! It’s about GRIT and how to impose your will on the guy across from you. My final day on my camp tour and what an amazing way to finish it off… talking #MentalHealth to the Rams. Sean McVay and I have talked mental health for yearssss, actually from the first days I opened up. In fact, there was a conversation he and I had when he wanted to learn more about our struggles that I used in my book Unbreakable to give it words so we can all start having a much more open conversation TOGETHER!!! The way I view it is all of us who are struggling need to be one big badass team together. Zero shame in it! I’m proud of my scars but those scars have made my bonds closer than I ever could have dreamed!!! Turned friends into brothers. So grateful for all the teams that brought me in during this #nfl preseason to help bring everyone together, for allowing me to be of service. That concept of Being Of Service and leaning into my teams is my way of fighting back. All I got is fight! Beautiful end to an amazing tour for the FOX Sports: NFL

When you see @1kalwaysopen_ AJ Brown on that float today… give him some extra love and appreciation. We shot this piece down below together for our Super Bowl pregame show. He is incredibly inspiring. Coolest part you didn’t see, AJ and I in between camera resets sharing rituals we use to get ourselves out of that dark gray. Him helping me and me helping him. I said, “AJ I used to wonder WHY?? Why do I got all this, depression, anxiety, bipolar, ADHD, why have I lived my whole life in pain. And I’ve now learned I was “blessed” with this pain so I can help others with theirs. I changed the narrative so I wasn’t alway so resentful. Same with you AJ! Every time you talk about it, you make it less lonely for someone else and i would think you’ve saved lives by what you’ve said in the past!” Five years ago these convos were hidden or not even had. Nowadays… i think those of us who battle mental health issues in one way or another are the majority, not the minority anymore and I’m damn proud to be one of them. Even more proud of AJ! Ok so treatment has begun here at Auragens. First day I’m getting stem cells via IV, these cells are from an umbilical chord, so basically Day One cells that haven’t been programmed yet, is how it was explained to me and the wild thing is the cells know where to go in your body to attack inflammation and injuries. Wifey getting stem cell facials and IVs for anti-aging. I am also having exosomes in a nebulizer for brain health. GOD knows I need all the help I can get with that. During this trip I will have a tuneup in my left shoulder, which needs a MAJOR surgery and I treated with stem cells right before season for pain management to get me through season until i have time for surgery this offseason Also I’m doing a veryyy cutting edge procedure this time where i will go under anesthesia and they will inject stem cells directly into my discs. I’ve have multiple, multiple, multiple ruptures and herniations over the years from training NFL players and fighters in MMA. Couple years ago was supposed to get either a three-level fusion or a rod inserted into my back. That would have changed my life forever and something I’m not prepared for. But right before my scheduled fusion, I threw up a Hail Mary, came down here for stem cell treatment, got the cells and i couldn’t believe it but shortly after treatment I was actually pain-free! I couldn’t believe it. I went to NFL training camp shortly after and people around the league actually noticed a difference in how i was standing and moving and not constantly trying to stretch and do things I used to do for pain relief. Shortly after I actually CANCELLED my surgery!!! My MRI is still completely disgusting so may need a surgery in future but I’ve bought 2 years without a surgery as a result of these stem cells and hoping this procedure I’m doing down here this time gives me many many more years. I’m hopeful. Hope is a great thing to have. Will keep ya updated how it’s going. If you want info on this DM Percy Knox Jr not me! lol. He knows more about it than I do! Mental Health Motivation today courtesy of me and Rondé Barber. So here’s the deal gang, 5 years ago, I was stuck in one of the darkest, most painful periods of my life. The dark gray got so bad I wasn’t thinking sensibly to the point where I would go to sleep at night hoping tomorrow wouldn’t come. This was well before I ever talked publicly about my depression, anxiety and mental health issues or wrote my book Unbreakable about it. So for the first time I did something I now implore alllll of us to do when we are hurting. For the first time… I FINALLY called my boys (my teammates in life) and told them how much pain I was in and that I needed help. I was heading to Tampa for the Super Bowl and the day before I left I called this man, Ronde Barber and two of our other friends Ben Heldfund and Brian Rhattigan and told them I needed to meet up down there because I was going through something. At first they couldn’t because they already had plans but then I communicated much more directly and said, “No, guys I NEED to meet, I AM STRUGGLING… BADLY!!!” All three immediately dropped their other plans and said, “What time and where? I got you!” I GOT YOU Their reaction changed everything for me that day. I think it was the first time I ever really truly told friends about my mental health battles in detail. I didn’t hold back. Didn’t try to wear a mask anymore and hide my pain behind the mask of a huge personality. I was real with them. Their reaction changed my life. Showed me the power of “I got you!” And showed me the power of opening up and leaning into my teammates. Folks, since I’ve opened up it’s turned friends into brothers and sisters. And those bonds will be the same bonds there for us now, in 5 years, 15 years, 50 years. Safety in Vulnerability was the greatest gift they could have given me. So I want to implore ALL of you… LEAN INTO YOUR TEAMMATES!!! I will do ANYTHING for my teammates. Ronde, Ben, Brian… thank you! I got you too!
