I always tell fellows look at the prior angiograms. Even though I did the prior PCI, I had forgotten the access. During the consent L radial was strong (R weak) until I saw the prior angiogram. Not going radial today Usually use a WH to deal with loops. This loop I guess was a little too sharp and the BMW stopped moving👇🏽 #radialfirst Mamas A. Mamas
