🇺🇦 An M114A1 155mm towed howitzer seen in Ukrainian service during the training of artillery crews. The video was posted to Telegram by Ukraine's Operational Command "West". Last year Greece sold 72 of these guns to Czech private companies, which then likely sold them on to Ukraine. The M114A1 is a variant of the WW2-era M114 that changes the original carriage for that of the M1A2 155mm towed howitzer. Several uploads of the video mention that this gun and crew belong to the 5th Assault Brigade, which is part of Operational Command "West". Source in the replies.
