Genesis does not need to be rescued from its own plain meaning by theologians who assume modern skepticism deserves the final word. In this Crosscut exchange, Dinesh D'Souza appeals to Augustine, Aquinas, and the doctrine of accommodation, while JD™ insists that God created the world exactly as Scripture says and that Jesus Himself treated Genesis as literal history. I respect Dinesh D'Souza and agree with him that Jesus Christ is the only path to salvation, but his comments raise an important question: If justification by faith isn't absolute and needs to be qualified in some ways, how do we clearly explain what it means to say Jesus is the only way? Romans and James do not contradict one another, and Scripture does not leave the means of salvation vague. We are justified by grace through faith in Christ, and that applies to every person, Jew and Gentile alike.

The most urgent question in the Middle East is not who controls a piece of land, but where Israelis and Palestinians will spend eternity when they die. During yesterday's Crosscut debate with Dinesh D'Souza, JD™ brought the conversation back to the Gospel. JD explained that the Bible leaves no room for ethnic favoritism before God. Any Israeli who rejects Jesus Christ will face the same judgment as any Palestinian, Gazan, American, or anyone else who dies in unbelief. If your god has no Son named Jesus, you are worshiping a false god. Christ alone is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him. Land claims matter, but, in the grand scheme of things, they are meaningless next to the eternal destiny of souls.

. John Kiriakou says he was told by a White House source that the remaining JFK assassination documents were not released because they pointed directly at Israel. That raises the question nobody in polite political society wants to ask without first checking whether AIPAC 🇺🇸🇮🇱 is standing behind them with a clipboard: If a foreign government was allegedly involved in the assassination of an American president, Epstein’s blackmail operation, and other acts that would normally be treated as hostile operations, why are we still required to pretend this is all perfectly normal?

I recently joined Chanel Rion OAN on Fine Point w/ Chanel Rion on One America News to talk about the quantum race with China. China is stealing encrypted data now so they can crack it later once quantum computing catches up, which means our national security, banking systems, military intelligence, federal secrets and yes, even the nuclear codes are all part of the stakes.
