Halloween Kills (2021) had an alternate ending that honestly would've made Halloween Ends a lot more interesting. After killing Karen, Michael answers her phone and Laurie hears him breathing. She realizes what happened, grabs a knife, and heads out for revenge. How do you film an ending that good and then follow it up with Michael hiding in a sewer for four years? They had the perfect setup for one last showdown. #HalloweenKills #HalloweenEnds #MichaelMyers #Halloween #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

That ending in Friday the 13th Part 3 (1982) genuinely gave me nightmares growing up. Jason standing at that window with that disgusting grin, then coming outside taunting Chris like he's enjoying every second of her terror. No hockey mask, just that horrifying face. What makes it even creepier is that Chris recognizes Jason as the same man who attacked her in the woods years earlier. Even after putting an axe in his head, she's still terrified of him. And just when you think it's over, Pamela's rotting corpse comes flying out of the lake. Even Chris's nightmares have jump scares. The poor girl couldn't catch a break awake OR asleep. Part 3 deserves more credit for how disturbing this ending was. This is the kind of psychological horror Crystal Lake should bring back. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Michael Myers really turned that poor man's back into a knife-testing station in Halloween Kills. He kept trying different knives like he was shopping for a new one, only to walk away with the same big kitchen knife he always uses. 15 bodies later and this man still knows exactly what he likes. #HalloweenKills #Halloween #MichaelMyers #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Jason Goes to Hell (1993) ended with Jason dragged into Hell and Freddy Krueger pulling his hockey mask underground. That ending promised something much bigger. Ten years later, Freddy vs. Jason (2003) finally arrived. Freddy resurrects Jason to terrorize Springwood, but the movie barely explores their connection in Hell. What makes this frustrating is that the writers actually considered stories involving Hell before abandoning them. We finally got the crossover, but the supernatural mythology established in Jason Goes to Hell was largely left unexplored. That feels like a missed opportunity, especially after a decade of anticipation. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Happy Halloween! Halloween (2007) might have one of the most depressing kills in the franchise. Ismael spent years looking after Michael Myers, treating him with respect and calling him Mikey. Michael escapes, beats him half to death, and drops a television on his head. And poor Ismael is still pleading, "I was good to you, Mikey!" Apparently being nice to Michael Myers gets you absolutely nowhere. Danny Trejo has survived Mexican cartels, prison movies, and all kinds of psychopaths, but couldn't survive one shift at Smith's Grove. #Halloween2007 #Halloween #MichaelMyers #Horror #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees

The RV scene in Friday the 13th Part VI is hilarious. Cort and Nikki were just trying to enjoy themselves when Jason climbed aboard, turned their RV into a death trap, and sent the whole thing flipping off the road. Then he casually walks out of the wreckage like he just got dropped off at his destination. Jason really got two kills, destroyed an RV, and didn't even have a driver's license. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Cameron got done FILTHY in Halloween Kills. Michael slammed him into the staircase, stomped his back, and was about to leave until Allyson started screaming. Michael really turned around like, “Oh, you want him? Hold on.” Then snapped his neck right in front of her. That man was already fighting for his life and Michael gave him a free chiropractic adjustment. #HalloweenKills #Halloween #MichaelMyers #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Jason went from chasing teenagers around Crystal Lake to exploring outer space, and somehow his first order of business was turning someone's head into an ice cube. Say what you want about Jason X, but that liquid nitrogen kill is easily one of the best in the entire franchise. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood deserves way more respect. Kane Hodder gave us one of the most terrifying versions of Jason. The heavy breathing, aggressive movements, and the way he carried himself made Jason feel like an absolute monster. Tina actually put up a fight, and people laughed at the whole Carrie vs. Jason idea, but watching Jason get his ass handed to him by a girl with telekinetic powers was fantastic. This movie wasn't perfect, but it had the guts to try something different. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Melissa from Friday the 13th Part VII is still one of the most hated characters in the franchise to this day, and her death might be one of the most satisfying. She spent the whole movie making Tina miserable, only for Jason to put an axe in her face and toss her across the room like trash. Jason didn't know what she did, but he sure knew how to handle it. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Halloween Kills (2021) really had Haddonfield chanting “EVIL DIES TONIGHT!” like they were at a football game. Then an entire hospital chased a terrified man who looked nothing like Michael Myers. Michael wasn't even there, and they still managed to get somebody killed. #HalloweenKills #MichaelMyers #Halloween #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Halloween Ends (2022) spent all that time turning Corey into a killer, just for Michael to snap his neck in seconds. What a waste. They should've had Corey survive and disappear after Michael's death. Laurie gets her ending, and Haddonfield has a new killer to fear. At least then Corey's entire storyline would've led somewhere. #HalloweenEnds #Halloween #MichaelMyers #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

One thing I loved about Friday the 13th (2009) was how sneaky Jason could be. You got this man standing on the roof watching everybody, then he's inside the house grabbing Bree and covering her mouth so nobody hears a thing. How the hell does someone that big move around so quietly? Hope we get more of this in Crystal Lake. That version of Jason was scary as hell. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Chelsea survived getting hit by a boat, made it under the dock, and probably thought she had a chance. Meanwhile, Jason was upstairs preparing to turn the entire dock into a crime scene. Friday the 13th (2009) was absolutely ruthless with these kills. Crystal Lake Season 2 needs this level of creativity. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

Jason was killing everybody outside while this man was inside fighting for his life against the beat. Crispin Glover danced like somebody dropped a toaster in his bathtub. The craziest part? He actually got laid after this performance. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror

The hate for Friday the 13th (2009) is starting to feel like a personality trait. They gave us a Jason who runs, sets traps, hunts people down and actually has a functioning brain. Some fans act like the movie personally robbed their house. This remake got more right than people want to admit. A 27% critics score is a joke. #CrystalLake #FridayThe13th #JasonVoorhees #Horror
