“But uh the transgender thing is an incredible thing… your kid goes to school & comes home a few days later with an operation the school decides what’s going to happen with your child & you many of these childs 15 years later say “what the hell happened who did this to me?” 🤦🏻♀️

I’m Jennifer Jenkins—mom, educator, and fighter. I’ve faced MAGA threats, won in a deep-red county, and delivered groceries to feed my own family. Our Senators don’t know sh*t about the affordability crisis. I do, and I’m running for U.S. Senate in Florida to fix it. Join us.

This is personal for me because I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to look at the cost of health care and wonder how your family is supposed to make it work. In Congress, I’ll fight to make ACA tax credits permanent, expand who qualifies for them, lower prescription drug costs by letting Medicare negotiate more prices, and take on insurance companies that keep raising premiums while families are already stretched thin. Health care shouldn’t be what breaks a family’s budget. #florida #congress #healthcare #aca

Back-to-school shouldn’t mean breaking the bank. Shoes. Clothes. Supplies. After-school care. The costs add up fast and families are feeling it. It’s time to expand the Child Tax Credit and put more money back in the pockets of working parents. If we can afford tax breaks for corporations, we can afford to help families raise their kids.

I refuse to believe that Florida is Red and it cannot turn Blue. Because I won in a deep red county, and so have so many others. I refuse to believe that my daughter's future is predetermined by the extremists Republicans in Tallahassee and Washington. And I need you to believe that too.

A woman running for public office should never have to wonder whether a political opponent is trying to intimidate her with a gun. This isn’t funny. And it isn’t normal political discourse. Women who step up to serve already face threats and intimidation at an unacceptable level. Making a candidate fear for her safety crosses a line every one of us Republican, Democrat, or otherwise should be willing to condemn. Disagree on policy. Debate the issues. Point out representative failures. Fight for votes. But threats and political intimidation have no place in our community. Period.

It’s official ✔️ Today, I qualified as the Democratic nominee for Florida's 8th Congressional District. The woman who beat a Moms for Liberty founder in Trump +17 territory is taking on Mike Haridopolos for Congress. Florida's 8th is in play, and we're just getting started. Chip in:

Healthcare shouldn’t be a luxury and getting sick shouldn’t bankrupt your family. I’m running for Congress because we need to lower prescription drug costs, protect Medicare and Medicaid, and make quality healthcare actually affordable. Your health should never depend on the size of your bank account.

Had a great afternoon knocking doors with Eric Gray for Florida in Bithlo 😅 Great conversations at the door, insight from a Navy veteran about the USS Lincoln, parents asking about public education... This is the best part of campaigning, meeting people where they are and hearing what is on their minds.

I'm so proud of this campaign and the fight we started. Florida is too important to stay divided, which is why I've decided to step aside and proudly endorse Alexander S. Vindman 🇺🇸 for U.S. Senate. Stay tuned. Next steps will be announced in the coming days.

Ashley Moody just voted against extending ACA subsidies. Translation: she looked 4.7 million Floridians in the eye and said, “Good luck paying for your healthcare.” That’s not leadership. That’s abandonment. Florida deserves better. #Florida #senate #healthcare

Trump just admitted he offered special healthcare to a member of Congress so he’d stay in office and vote with him. Meanwhile here in Florida: Families are drowning in insurance costs Seniors are choosing between prescriptions and groceries And politicians are negotiating healthcare like it’s a political favor. If healthcare is good enough to keep a member of Congress alive, it should be good enough for every American. #itsnotfine
