EXCLUSIVE: An illegal immigrant trucker who was released into the U.S. during the Biden admin, had a California CDL, and a deportation order was arrested for a fatal hit-and-run in California months after the crash, when he was found behind the wheel in another state, sources tell Daily Wire. The trucker, Indian national Chamkaur Singh, 30, is accused of causing a multi-car pileup in Ontario, California, on March 29 that resulted in the deaths of two individuals before he fled the scene. Five months later, on September 1, police in Moab, Utah, pulled Singh over in a semi-truck for speeding. The officers then discovered a warrant from California for the deadly collision and took him into custody. Singh was driving with a California Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), which was issued on May 10, 2025, after he had already received a deportation order. Singh’s CDL has remained active despite three convictions on his driving record for improper lane or location, following too closely, and speeding, Homeland Security tells us. Before the fatal crash, Singh scaled the border wall in Arizona in August 2021 and was caught by Border Patrol agents, who swiftly released him, according to law enforcement sources. By January 2024, an immigration judge ordered Singh’s deportation from the United States, according to immigration court records. He appealed the removal order but has yet to receive a decision on the matter. While in federal custody after his border crossing, Singh required a Punjabi translator to communicate with agents. It is not clear if he ever learned English after that. The Department of Transportation is now investigating the trucking company that employed Singh, per a department official.

SCOOP: A group of heroic ICE officers on duty arresting illegal immigrants stumbled upon a 2-year-old wandering the streets in nothing but a heavily soiled diaper and stopped what they were doing to rescue him, Daily Wire has learned. Officer Michael Joyce, who is part of an ICE Nashville Fugitive Operations Team, said the young boy was standing in the middle of the parking lot when he arrived. The toddler was almost struck by a passing vehicle. They believed the boy had been outside alone for hours. The brave officer blocked traffic while his team called local police and located the child’s mother, who was asleep in a nearby apartment with the door wide-open.

SCOOP: ICE officers successfully hunted down an illegal immigrant convicted of attempted murder who had been roaming the country for years despite having a deportation order and a lengthy rap sheet, Daily Wire has learned. Dramatic footage of the May 5 raid shows ICE officers arresting Sudanese illegal immigrant Gabriel Maror Ayuel at his Nashville apartment. Ayuel received a conviction for first-degree attempted murder in Davidson County in 2003 and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He only served about nine years of his sentence, according to law enforcement sources. Ayuel arrived in the US in 1995 as a refugee. While in the US, he received his attempted murder conviction, and was also arrested for DUI and failure to appear in Georgia, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony possession of a prohibited weapon and felony flight to avoid prosecution in Tennessee. While he was behind bars in July 2008, Ayuel received a deportation order. Despite that, he never left the country, which is considered a felony offense.

NEW: ICE agents could soon be hitting the streets equipped with these electric shock gloves. The federal government plans to spend up to $20 million on thousands of "conductive distraction and de-escalation devices" by March, per a Monday Department of Homeland Security notice. The technology, known as G.L.O.V.E., or Generated Low Output Voltage Emitter, has been used by other law enforcement agencies to control violent suspects inside jails and in the field. It comes as sources within ICE have described an uptick in violence by the individuals they're trying to arrest. The company behind the product, Kentucky-based Compliant Technologies LLC, says the gloves are "not a weapon, but a device used to quickly distract with small uncomfortable electrical pulses" when making contact with skin. "The discomfort associated with the stimulation is usually effective in bringing individuals into compliance in less than three seconds and leaves no burns, marks or scars," Compliant Technologies states on its website. "The technology is safe as it does not penetrate the subject's body; while also allowing other officers to grab the individual being stimulated with no fear of feedback into their bodies. CD3 technology is a great, humane, low-optics, de-escalation solution for many situations facing our men and women in uniform today," the company says. The shocks can't pass through clothing, hair, metal, plastic, or fur, according to the company. Agents must complete a training course before using the gloves and get recertified to operate them every two years, according to Compliant Technologies' website.
