Here's Spencer Pratt on January 11, 2025, saying that he's renting from his parents in Santa Barbara - paying rent - because his parents are living in an apartment post-fire. I don't understand these wannabe investigative journalists who think posting a deed showing that his parents own the house is some kind of gotcha. It's not a secret that they've lived there since the fires.

Yes! I was just driving by the cougar crossing and wondered what it will look like in late August, September, October... Not to mention the highly flammable mustard around it. I noticed that Beth Pratt said they'd remove the mustard in the "path" of the crossing. So they'll move it for animals but screw the people living around the 70k acres in the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy.

"I can tell you those people on that fire ground were highly qualified and well-trusted. They also did what they called a cold trailing operation well into the next day. We kept a patrol well over 36 hours. We kept the hose line on the hill, we call it we kept it plumbed just to go back and continue to patrol. That fire was dead out. Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass promised to expedite construction after the Palisades Fire, to cut red tape and regulations. In reality not only have they failed at that; they've failed to intervene in the insurance crisis that's prevented many from even starting the rebuild process. And that's not even taking into account all of the other failures that caused this fire and made it so destructive. As we approach the one-year anniversary, Palisades residents still need help - and for state and local leaders to be held accountable.

I wasn't sure if I'd share this video or not, but I think it's a vitally important message. This is my son's new father-in-law speaking at the wedding Saturday night. He is in the terminal phase of his battle with stomach cancer and spent a week in the hospital leading up to the wedding. So often people focus on what's best for them individually and not on what's best for the marriage. My son is blessed to have married into this family.
