Rare pre-debut footage of Jimin at Just Dance Academy shows him dancing to the instrumental of Beyoncé’s “Run the World (Girls).” Even back then, his stage presence, precision, and musicality were undeniable. Whether it was hip-hop, contemporary, or any other style, that natural performer aura was already shining through. DANCE KING JIMIN

Highlighting Jimin’s artistry and songwriting depth, we can revisit the moment he explained how each track on FACE seamlessly connects, unfolding as one cohesive narrative. 🐥 “If you look closely at the lyrics, you’ll understand the story. The album starts with “Face-off,” where Jimin feels skeptical about human relationships and makes a fuss, saying people aren’t necessary. Then he drinks a bit and thinks, “Ah! Isn’t this the way to enjoy life?” He starts having strange thoughts, and that’s when “Like Crazy” begins. It’s an arrogant thought — “It’s so much fun to be having this much fun,” “It’s not just me, everyone lives like this!” 🐥 But then the Jimin we thought was just being skeptical about relationships and having fun falls into another kind of skepticism. That’s why “Alone” starts. He meets the members and the PD-nims and realizes, “This isn’t it,” so he begins to focus. “I will try to overcome this and recover from it!” That’s when “Set Me Free Pt.2” begins, and that’s how the album’s narrative ends. 🐥 When asked if he recovered, he just shakes his head and says he thinks even that would be an arrogant thought. When one problem ends, another arises. Jimin is working diligently, trying to solve his problems one at a time and doing his best. Let’s fight today as well. Fighting!
