On May 16, a restaurant in Geumchon, located in Gyeonggi-do, joined the GCV ecosystem and paid 10% of the meal at the GCV value. We talked about PI Browser training and the distribution map of PISCAN for about an hour and made them understand where we are and how lucky we are. These days, Korea participates in GCV activities nationwide every week.

Despite the scorching weather, we sincerely thank every Pioneer who traveled from all across the country to be with us today. Thanks to each and every one of you—your passion, participation, and enthusiastic interaction—the K-GCV Festival Korea concluded with great success. This event was far more than just a festival. It was a meaningful occasion where we witnessed together the potential and future of the GCV ecosystem in Korea. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to all of our generous sponsors. Your wholehearted support made it possible for us to host such a successful and memorable celebration without shortcomings. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Most importantly, the GCV ecosystem in Korea is now showing visible and tangible growth. The number of GCV merchants in Korea has now surpassed 300. Not long ago, there were times when people had to travel more than 20 kilometers just to make a GCV payment. Today, however, in most regions, GCV payments can be made within a 10-kilometer radius—and that distance will continue to become even shorter. As GCV merchants become more accessible, GCV will become an even greater part of our daily lives, and the value of the ecosystem will continue to grow. PiScan is not working smoothly these days, so we are interested in looking at the Pi ecosystem's apps. I recently checked and found that the number of mainnet apps increased to 71. I remember there were about 40 before, but as they were added one by one without being noticed, they already exceeded 70. Most surprisingly, the completeness of the apps is considerably higher than before. Currently, there are three Verified (verified) apps among the mainnet apps. -Fruity Pi -Slice of Pi -Cidi Games There are also 1,485 apps registered in the Vibe-Coded area. I look around one by one whenever I have time, and there are many more interesting apps than I thought. "Oh, there was an app like this?" I often find apps that I think of. I recommend you to surf the Pi app when you have time.
