Got the original quality of the Five Tool California Moorpark vs. Hart walk-off home run ruled ground rule double video. Marked key parts to look at. I can clearly see the ball in front of the fence and bounce left. If you cannot see that, I have an eye doctor appt. Monday you can join me at. 😂 In all seriousness, I can confidently say the umpires got the call correct. Craziness of the play + ruling, but congrats to Hart (CA) on their CIF-SS Division 2 State Championship.

This is why you go JUCO. Blake Martinez (Blake Martinez) out of Eagles Baseball (TX) got a shot at Weatherford College Baseball without much playing time promise. Thanks to an injury, got PT last year hitting .330 in 43 games. Completely revamping his game, the 6-1, 185-pound RS Soph. OF drills this one to deep left center for a home run at DBU. 👀 This is what a plus defender looks like — ‘26 Vanderbilt Baseball commit Aiden Ruiz’s defense was not short of spectacular this weekend at Upperclass @ACBaseballGames. This is my favorite success story and looking for a home. Sodai Takanaga (Sodai Takanaga / 髙永壮大🇯🇵) off to a hot start for Padres Collegiate Scout in the Five Tool Collegiate league. The 5-7, 155-pound SS is 4-for-9 to start with a triple and double. Last year was 135 lbs. and only had one hit through first 11 games. Got with new hitting coach, picked up some knocks and then pushed himself in the gym. Now is 155 pounds!! Ended up being the starting shortstop and leadoff hitter for his NAIA hitting .338 with a .444 OBP. Continues to get better and better heading into his senior year now looking for a spot this fall.
