Ending RE9 with the Requiem perfectly captures its symbolism. Leon putting Umbrella’s legacy to an end with the weapon that honors his fallen comrades serves as a requiem for everyone he lost in his never-ending war against bioterrorism, it's the best moment in the game. #REBHFun

The final scene between Leon and buddy in RE: Damnation was a powerful callback to the past that carries a lot of weight. After the war has ended, buddy lost everything, his mentor, friends, and his will to live. He was about to commit suicide but was stopped by Leon #REBHFun 1/4
