Dr. Irungu Kang’ata today issued a public statement on the shutdown, noting that the decision was contrary to an earlier agreement on integrating with the national health system. Also present were Deputy Governor H.E. Stephen Munania, CECM for Health Dr. Fredrick Mbugua, and Chief Officer for Health Eliud Maina.
