In January, we delivered our second aircraft to DoD customers at Edwards Air Force Base. This historic lakebed is where Chuck Yeager first broke the sound barrier in the Bell X-1, and where the Enterprise space shuttle prototype completed a series of approach and landing flight trials. It's an honor for us to conduct testing of our electric air taxi on this hallowed ground.

During our Electric Skies Tour stop in NYC, images of a Joby aircraft over the Manhattan skyline were picked up by outlets, reposted across platforms, and pinned to feeds in places that have only dreamed of quiet, electric flight. None of those frames happen without the people behind them. Our in-house photographer Eric Adams—Words/Photos and content team embedded with our flight ops teams, flight test engineers, maintenance crews, test pilots, and renowned Hollywood stunt pilot Craig Hosking and cinematographer John Trapman to capture the aircraft seen around the world.

Today is a massive day for Joby. Alongside our partner Uber, we’ve officially wrapped a historic product and flight demonstration in Dubai, revealing a first look at the Uber Air experience. We’re showing the world how seamless, ground-to-air travel will be bookable with a single tap.
