Whether overdiagnosis or misdiagnosis - support is not going where it should. We need system-wide change to remove cash incentives for a diagnosis and ensure therapeutic support for those in genuine need to learn, work and contribute to the economy.

Young people shouldn't be able to drift from education to life on benefits. We will end Universal Credit for people turning 18 and replace it with a Get To Work programme. We need to bring fairness back to the system. A life on benefits isn't good for anyone.
