I told everyone Elizabeth Warren was 100% in bed with the Banks when I debated her with Jon Keller as moderator. She refused to ask Jamie Dimon a single question about his bank J.P. Morgan financing Epstein - the largest child-sex trafficking operation in American history. As for crypto, of course there are lots of junk projects and scams within the industry - that’s why we needed sensible regulations. ATM machines have been used for bad things like drug buys - but we don’t ban the technology. In fact, the banks are the biggest crooks in the world. JPMorgan Chase has been fined over $40B dollars for illicit activity NOT including Epstein. Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc., all have engaged in criminal enterprises, including money laundering for some of the worst bad guys on the planet. Unlike the banks, Stablecoins require 100% reserves - which is far more safe than the fractional banking system Warren and Ed Markey love to protect. When Warren says that the economy will crash does she mean similar to the way the banks caused the Great Financial Crisis in 2008 and then people like her and Ed Markey supported bailing those same banks out with taxpayer dollars? Warren is a fraud. Ed Markey is a puppet. I look forward to seeing Markey on the debate stage next. #mapoli #MASen #Deaton

JP Morgan Chase has the perfect business model - make $100B manipulating silver and precious metals and then only pay a $1B fine. Banks like J.P. Morgan are a cancer on our society. But government officials let them get away with time and time again. They financed Jeffrey Epstein and the largest child sex-trafficking operation in history - then settle with the victims for $290M and the U.S. Virgin Islands for $75M - while career politicians like Elizabeth Warren Ed Markey Chuck Schumer and U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell DO NOTHING. Warren claims to be a fighter for women and a fighter against the banks - but she’s a fraud like all the other career politicians who say nothing so they can collect donations to stay in power. I confronted Warren about it a year before Epstein became the latest “talking point” - watch the guilt display on Warren’s face.

As I say in the post below: don’t let them fool you into thinking it’s Red 🆚 Blue - the real enemy of the people are CAREER POLITICIANS. As I told Elizabeth Warren TO HER FACE (check out her reaction) on the debate stage - all of them in Congress suck. I say vote for the best candidate in each race. Period. Once you remove the rhetoric - there really isn’t much difference between the two sides. Barack Obama bailed out the Wall Street Banks - as did George W. Bush Presidential Center. Ed Markey voted to bail them out as well - along with car manufacturers - airlines - and just about every other big industry. Notice how the coffee shop cafe or pizza place on Main Street never gets bailed out. I confronted Elizabeth Warren over the Epstein files long before others were raising the issue. See 👇 The Biden Administration wouldn’t release the files and here we are today - still waiting for millions of documents to be released and/or unredacted. Both sides refuse to cut spending or balance a budget. If any Member of Congress has been in office for more than a decade - Vote all the bums out - regardless of party.

As amicus counsel in the Ripple case, representing 75K XRP Holders, I received over one-thousand emails asking me if they should sell XRP because Judge Torres might label it a security. Some people had their life savings or retirement tied up in XRP and were understandably distraught. I informed folks I could not advise them on what to do. When they asked what I was doing, I would reply I was confident Judge Torres would rule XRP itself NOT a security, although she may rule Ripple offered/sold XRP as a security in the very early years between 2012-2015. I made that prediction on live TV. Speaking of live TV, I want to thank Eleanor Terrett Charles Gasparino Liz Claman Cheryl Casone Charles V Payne and others at FOX Business for having me on to discuss the case. I have no doubt the on air coverage helped demonstrate significant public interests in how Judge Torres drafted her Decision. It also gave some folks a bit of comfort when they watched the coverage. 🙏 Regardless of whether you like or don’t like Ripple, Brad Garlinghouse Stuart Alderoty Chris Larsen or David 'JoelKatz' Schwartz, if you read some of the emails I have, you would be happy for some of the folks who’ve held on through it all.

🧨 🔥 NOTICE: 🔥 🧨 ON OCTOBER 15, WE HAVE OUR FIRST DEBATE Elizabeth Warren has effectively become America’s number one lobbyist for Big Banks. Never pay attention to what career politicians like Elizabeth Warren say - pay attention to what they do. For example, she decried how banking executives deserved prison time for causing the Great Financial Crisis - yet she supported the 🏦 bailouts. Twelve years ago she promised she would go to Washington to hold those bankers accountable. A decade later, those same bankers write ✍️ her bills. Here’s a snapshot of the real Elizabeth Warren in her own words and actions: Her true feelings for bankers; Her honest attitude toward climate change (it’s an existential threat until it’s an inconvenience); Incontrovertible proof she’s part of the Washington Swamp of Corruption; and, The real reason she wants to ban Bitcoin & Crypto in the United States.

Twelve years ago, Elizabeth Warren promised Massachusetts’ voters she would go to Washington and hold the bankers and banking industry accountable for their continuous illicit conduct. Recently, Jamie Dimon, CEO of the nation’s largest bank, J.P. Morgan, testified, rather, I should say - “testi-lied” - before the Senate Banking Committee, of which, Senator Warren is a member. I was waiting for Elizabeth Warren, a self-proclaimed fighter for consumers, small investors, and women, to show up and ask tough questions of Dimon and the banking industry, especially as it pertains to his bank, JP Morgan Chase. I’m still waiting. For example: “To date, JPMorgan Chase has paid a total of $39.68 BILLION in fines to resolve enforcement actions including securities abuses, banking violations, investor protection violations and other offenses.” 👇 We’re talking about $40 Billion dollars for illicit financial activities - against ONE BANK! When you add in Bank of America, Wells Fargo , Deutsche Bank HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and others, the fraudulent conduct, including money laundering for terrorists, and drug cartels, is staggering. For example, HSBC Bank USA laundered $881 million for notorious drug cartels like the Sinaloa in Mexico and Norte del Valle in Colombia. 👇 Yet, Senator Warren failed to ask a single question about any of this criminal activity. Instead, she asked questions solely related to her own political agenda - trying to ban the self-custody of #Bitcoin and other Crypto assets in the United States. Since she claims to be a fighter for women, I was also waiting for her to ask questions about how JP Morgan Chase financed Jeffrey Epstein’s child sex trafficking operation. In fact, JP Morgan settled with the U.S. Virgin Islands for $75 million, over a lawsuit “accusing the nation’s largest bank of facilitating Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking enterprise for 15 years.”👇 JP Morgan also paid $290 million to “sexual abuse victims of Jeffrey Epstein who claimed that the bank ignored warnings.” 👇 Yet, Senator Warren focused all her questions on Crypto of all things. Why has she remained silent on all of this? Is it because her friends or donors were involved? Many high profile politicians and individuals have been known to visit Epstein’s island. Her silence has been deafening to the victims. Another example of Elizabeth Warren’s SELECTIVE OUTRAGE: We know how much she hates crypto. In fact, when she announced she was running for a third term, she said she was building an anti-crypto army. Yet, she hasn’t asked Gary Gensler, a career banker himself, about his private meetings with the biggest Crypto fraudster of all - SBF. Is it once again, because her colleagues are involved? Gensler’s is a big time Democratic donor and operative. In the 2008 presidential campaign cycle, Gensler served as a senior advisor to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and later advised the Obama campaign. In May 2015, Gensler was named chief financial officer of Clinton's campaign for president. Also, Gensler’s daughters worked on Senator Warren’s campaign. On top of that, SBF’s dad, Joe Bankman, was the architect for Senator Warren’s tax plan when she ran for president. SBF’s mother, Barbara Fried runs a super PAC called Mind the Gap, which supports progressive candidates, who share Elizabeth Warren’s political ideology. 12 years ago she went to D.C. to hold the big bankers accountable. A decade later, those same bankers write her bills. Her latest anti-crypto bill was written by the Banking Industry itself. Below is a perfect example of the type of Washington corruption people are sick and tired of and one reason, of many, of why I’m going to retire Elizabeth Warren.

Two years ago Judge Torres stated “XRP itself is not a security” and cited the nearly 4K XRP Holder Affidavits I submitted in the case. Out of over 2K Exhibits submitted by the parties, Judge Torres only cited a few dozen in her Summary Judgment Decision - XRP Holder Affidavits was one of them. When ruling secondary market sales of XRP NOT securities, she ALSO cited my efforts as amicus counsel for Naomi Brockwell priv/acc in the LBRY 🚀 case (see FN 16 of the Decision). One hour after the Torres Decision, Coinbase 🛡️ Kraken and others relisted XRP for trading and we made HISTORY defeating the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. NEVER let someone tell you that you can’t make a difference and that it’s useless fighting the Government. The XRP Holders who joined the cause deserve much credit. Naomi Brockwell priv/acc deserves credit for taking the risk of highlighting herself by allowing me to represent her as amicus counsel. We made a real difference in Crypto history and we have the receipts to prove it. And thanks to Charles Gasparino for not picking a cheap restaurant in Manhattan. The 🥩 and 🥃 and convo were all great!

If Dan Bongino and Kash Patel go on television and claim this nonsense: here’s my response:🖕 If they come out and act like what’s the big deal saying, of course, he committed suicide and why would anyone believe Epstein had a list of clients then it’s easy: they’re covering 💩 up and sold out. Period. And we know it’s bullshit. First, Pam Bondi said publicly there are thousands of hours sod videos. Of only Jeffrey Epstein? Second, we know Epstein had clients or regulars because evidence exists already in the public domain. Executives at J.P. Morgan were some of his clients. Epstein emailed a VP at JPM Chase asking if he enjoyed his “Snow White Experience” and wanted to know which princess did the scumbag want to experience NEXT TIME. The scumbag replied “Belle, from Beauty & The Beast.” These emails were part of a civil case JPM settled with Epstein victims for $290 million because JPM helped finance the largest child sex trafficking operation in American history. JPM also paid $75M to the Virgin Islands for financing Epstein Island in their country. Below is me telling Elizabeth Warren to her face how she should be ashamed of herself for not sticking up for the rape victims and asking Jamie Dimon hard questions when she had the chance but instead she wanted to talk about Crypto. She wasn’t only protecting the bankers she was protecting people she knows who hung out or did business with Jeffrey Epstein, including her ex-husband and Bill Clinton. See👇 So if Dan Bongino and Kash Patel go on TV and say there wasn’t a client list of any sort - you know they’re lying through their teeth.

Leading up to the Primary Election, I agreed to FIVE DEBATES against my Primary opponents. Last night, I issued a challenge to Elizabeth Warren to also agree to FIVE single issue debates, including one regarding women’s reproductive rights and abortion. The country faces multiple crises and trying to cram all the issues into two short debates is a disservice to voters. Everyone should be requesting Elizabeth Warren to ACCEPT the challenge. You can’t claim you’re a fighter for women and that women’s reproductive rights is the most important issue on the ballot and then NOT agree to debate me on that very issue.

Although I believed she would ultimately grant the indicative ruling, I can’t say I’m shocked.

My two oldest daughters, Olivia and Jordan, asked me NOT to run for the U.S. Senate because they were afraid Elizabeth Warren and her team would LIE about who I am. And boy, were they right. Yesterday, a voter came up to me and said Elizabeth Warren’s people, sitting at a tent/table, during Natick Days, were telling everyone: “John Deaton’s against women and supports a national abortion ban.” Elizabeth Warren, you and your team should be ashamed of yourselves! Instead of LYING about who I am and what I support, find some COURAGE and agree to a 3rd debate solely on women’s reproductive rights and abortion. You claim it’s the single most important issue on the ballot, and if you truly believed it, you would ACCEPT THE THIRD DEBATE solely on that issue. Quit lying about who I am and face me like the advocate/fighter you claim to be. You’re clearly afraid voters will see I’m the superior candidate on the issue - someone who will fight for his daughters and all women - regardless of party affiliation or political convenience. I will have 💯 loyalty to Massachusetts & America. Period! My loyalty won’t be to an agenda, donors, colleagues, a political party, or to a person. Senator Warren, I’ve always told people that I have nothing against you and believe you had good intentions 12 years ago. But it’s crystal clear, you are part of the problem and the broken system of division that’s killing this country. I will continue to encourage people to reject name calling and gutter politics. We need to raise the level of political discourse in this country. I asked you during my Primary Victory Speech to help me lead by example and reject negativity and the intentional lying that permeates our politics. But I see that you and your team know no other way. It’s clear: you believe lying and fear mongering is the only way to beat me. But whether it’s 2 debates or 3, you’re going to have to face me and the TRUTH real soon.

I absolutely love my clients. Howie Ashworth is a Veteran and an all-around great American. Being his lawyer and friend has been an honor. I hadn’t seen him in over 4 years but he recently left me a message - just checking in. I thought it might be his way of saying goodbye. Howie’s 96. But he still drives his car to do two things: 1) go to breakfast and 2) drive to see his girlfriend - who’s 10 years younger - at age 86.

This shows you just how dumb Elizabeth Warren’s anti-crypto army agenda was. I say was because during our debates she did a 180 and went from holding hands with Jamie Dimon, CEO of J.P. Morgan, wanting to ban Bitcoin, to now claiming she has no issue with people buying or trading crypto. See below. 👇 You don’t ban a new technology. You make sure America 🇺🇸 takes the lead in fostering and adopting that technology and innovation. We need younger leaders in Congress. Elizabeth Warren taught at Harvard Law School and is the Senior Senator from Massachusetts but she couldn’t serve as a state judge in MA because mandatory retirement kicks in at 70 years old. If Elizabeth Warren wins this election both U.S. Senators from MA will be serving in the Senate in their eighties. In fact, Ed Markey has announced he’s running for reelection at the age of 80. Sen. Bernie Sanders is running again at 83. We witnessed Senator Dianne Feinstein at 90 being wheeled into the Senate, unaware of how to even cast a vote, being told by unelected handlers how to cast her vote. We need Term Limits. These folks have forgotten it’s called Public Service not Self Service.
