I am a J6er. I'll never forget sitting on my front porch at 5 AM, handcuffed behind my back, sitting on the edge of a lawn chair. Freezing in the mid-December cold with a 103-degree fever, hot with COVID. A couple of hoodies kept me warm as I slumped looking at the cedar deck boards. One FBI young, dark-haired FBI agent asked a stupid question about our dog run, which was a thick wire running from porch post to a telephone pole with lightweight leash and pully dangling. "Whats that?" as if to make small talk. 8 cars, dozens of men here and there, while my cul-de-sac pulsed with flashing lights. 37 agents were assigned to my illegal picketing case. They had been surveilling me with a pole cam, usually reserved for hardened violent cases or drug wholesalers. Millions of dollars of government money being spent to arrest and persecute me. They confiscated my phone, MAGA hat, American Flag, Fishing vest, and my "Count ALL legal votes!" T-shirt that was a free gift with my first-ever political donation to President Trump. I had been arrested before, I am no saint, but of all the bad things in my life I've done, protesting a stolen election wasn't one of them. I knew my life was changed forever. I speak of lost freedoms and the broken trust of a man overwhelmed and wounded by the Country I love. We must fight for real truth, healing. and love of God to persevere. It is only by God's grace that I can be made whole. On a lighter note. It turns out if you lawyer up and have COVID you can get the feds off your porch. I self-surrendered 1/5/22. My only charge was illegal picketing and parading inside the Capitol — a Class B misdemeanor with the exact same sentencing guidelines as walking your dog off-leash in a national park. A black dude is walking against the flow of traffic, saying, "Welcome home, brave men." He was a friend of Ray Epps. Murder was committed when Michael Byrd shot an unarmed protester, and Lila Morris beat another one to death. Incitement occurred when the peaceful crowd was fired upon with flashbangs and rubber bullets to the face. A miscarriage of justice took place when Americans were charged with assault against law enforcement for stopping cops' punches with their face. Selective prosecution happened when prison sentences were handed down for the same charges $50 tickets were given in the past and afterward. It was the only Trump rally with no counter protest because ANTIFA disguised themselves as MAGA supporters and initiated the breach. The double standard and hypocrisy of partisan law occurred when BLM rioters caused over a billion in damages, killed 22, including a cop, and in the end, 95% of the cases were dropped and many got paid. I became the first in my state, and one of the first in history to receive a prison sentence for the single charge of illegal picketing. I was spinning pretty hard, and had found healing sharing my story on spaces, so I logged in and my brother Eric The General 🎗️ prayed with me and saved me. A few days later while locked up my ex sent me a Dear John email asking for a divorce. I thought that was the lowest point in my life. Worse actually came later. My faith kept me alive. I find it somewhere between ironic and sad that so many Liberal Democrats believe I should either be sentenced to death or imprisoned for life for a Class B petty offense misdemeanor, illegal picketing. A charge so minor it didn't fall under federal sentencing guidelines. Yet somehow it's the most common J6er sentence. It had been ruled unconstitutional to be sentenced to prison and probation for such a minor offense as I was and many more. As much as I oppose the ICE protests, I would never want the death penalty for somebody pickieting no matter what the cause. As a matter of fact I will Advocate and fight so everyone can protest! Perhaps, that is why, in the end conservatives will lose. We have morals and we follow rules, liberals have nothing of the sort. I would ask for, and I know it's a crazy thing, Equal justice under the law liberals get $50 tickets for illegal picketing in the Capitol. 1000s before me hundreds after. Conservatives get sentenced to prison. If the Democrats didn't have double standards that have no standards at all. God Bless the J6ers.

I am a J6er The riot was planned. CNN cameras put in place. Corrupt violent cops called to duty Support denied. Doors opened. Crowd incted to riot. Plan B were the pipe bombs. Why? To stop the reading of election fraud at the joint session of congress. At 10am AZ was objected to by 60 members of Congress, and a group of 11 senators announced they’re going to challenge the Electoral College votes. At 1PM, the doors to the Capitol were opened. The planned Fedsurrection prevented the legal objection. Once the democrats took power, fascist authoritarians passed a law abolishing this legal objection process. It happened on J6 Ashli Babbit was murdered. Michael Byrd, who failed an FBI background check, yfired without warning from a hidden position through a window that Ashli stood up in front of, and had punched an agitator, Zackary Alam in the face who had be trying to break it. Ashli was unarmed 14 year Air Force veteran she was a senior airman who served as a security forces controller while on active duty. She deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan & UAE. This patriot always carried a small pocket knife fhat the rabid left screams "She had a knife!" She posed no threat, to anyone and had police that she saved from being shot. Michael Byrd had numerous firearm violations uncluding leaving his gun in a bathroom. His identity was hidden for months after the killing. The Capitol police investigated themselves and found themselves innocent. "Lt. Byrd later confessed that he shot Ashli before seeing her hands or assessing her intentions or even identifying her as female," t Michael Byrd was rewarded promoted and honoeed. I am a J6er. It was not an insurrection. It was a redress of grievances. The First Amendment. A million people showed up because they believed their votes were stolen and their voices were being erased. I walked through an open door on a handicap ramp. Police stood there. People walked in and out. I chanted “Stop the Steal” for 22 minutes. I saw no violence. I committed none. They could not stomach a protest they did not control. When they burned cities in 2020 they called it mostly peaceful. When we showed up they called it the worst thing since the British burned the Capitol in 1812. They sent 24 FBI agents after dads for a Class B petty offense that used to be a $50 ticket. They stacked a 20-year felony the Supreme Court later said they applied unconstitutionally. They put us in the same court that was already at war with Trump. They destroyed families. They destroyed businesses. They turned fathers against sons. They put kids and families through TSA hell. They wanted us bankrupt, destitute, ashamed, and silent. COVID taught them they could shut churches, lock people in their homes, and crush small businesses. January 6 taught them they could make protest itself a crime if the wrong people did it. That is not justice. That is a police state picking winners and losers. We are still here. For the 1st time ever the FBI investigated misdemeanors and Americans we sentenced to prison for Class B petty offenses. Liberals charged with the same get $50 tickets. I committed no violence or damage nor did I see any. God Bless the J6ers!

I am a J6er. Entrapment happened when the doors were opened, and we were let in and given tours while feds in the crowd led the way. Watch video at the 12 sec mark a black dude is walking against the flow of traffic saying; "Welcome home, brave men." He was a friend of Ray Epps. Murder was committed when Michael Byrd shot an unarmed protester, and Lila Morris beat another one to death. Incitement occurred when the peaceful crowd was fired upon with flashbangs and rubber bullets to the face. A miscarriage of justice took place when Americans were charged with assault against law enforcement for stopping cops' punches with their face. Selective prosecution happened when prison sentences were handed down for the same charges $50 tickets were given in the past and afterward. It was the only Trump rally with no counter protest because ANTIFA disguised themselves as MAGA supporters and initiated the breach. The double standard and hypocrisy of partisan law occurred when BLM rioters caused over a billion in damages, killed 22, including a cop, and in the end, 95% of the cases were dropped and many got paid. The cover-up was the sham J6 committee doctoring evidence, then deleting it all. I pled guilty to illegal picketing. And and became one of the first Americans in history to be sentenced to prison for that minor offense. 1000s have been charged before me, hundreds after. Only authoritarian democrats sentenced Trump supporters to prison, 1000s of others received $50 tickets. The Capitol is and always will be Our House. We were there to Stop the Steal. It happened after J6. At the halfway house, TRRC, where i served my 30 days for illegal picketing, a nice, competent black lady named Miss Dear, performed my intake. When she got me in her office she asked. "So what are you in for?" I replied,"Picketing." She paused, rolled her eyes a little, looked at me, and responded "No seriously." I didn't know what to say. I figured I'd just recite my real charge. "Seriously, Class B, petty offense misdemeanor, Illegal picketing parading." She cocked her head and looked at me again. "No one has even been in here for a misdemeanor before, I'll just look it up." After a bit of typing she exclaimed "AH! It was count 4 Illegal picketing, and where you did it!" I thought for a moment "Does that make it a different misdemeanor?" The food there sucked too. I have PTSD from train whistles. God Bless the J6ers!

I am a J6er. My father's stepson reported me to the FBI. Half of J6ers were turned in by family or friends. My ex sent me a Dear John Letter while I was incarcerated asking for a divorce. Driving a wedge in the nuclear family and creating distrust of your neighbors is a pillar of Communism. J6 tore families up, and it also brought them together. Truth and Justice matter.
