Exclusive interview with Nigel Farage! The Parliamentary Standards Commission is likely to suspend him. That will trigger a recall petition. Will he stand in a second by-election? I don’t think so. I’m talking about this tonight at the Stratford Festival lit festival.

Seven charges against Nigel Farage are made in my book - the book he doesn't want you to read. One, that he was a Nazi at school. 34 witnesses say he said things like "SSSSS!" and "Hitler was right!" to a Jewish classmate. He denies it. Two, that he is serially irresponsible about safeguarding public money. For example, two of his UKIP MEPs went to prison for stealing money. They were not properly vetted. He denies it. Three, that he has been cruel to his lovers. He denies it. Four, that he wrongly demonised a Pole, Arek Jozwik, killed in the wake of the Brexit vote. He denies it. Five, that when a rich man gives him a lot of money, he takes it and not enough questions are asked. He denies it. Six, that his Reform UK party leader in Wales took bribes from a Russian spy - and this erodes trust in democracy. He denies it. Seven, that in denying being a Nazi at school he is lying and that is why he should never be PM or anywhere near power. He denies it. Farage has said of me that I "caused him more misery than any other in 25 years in politics." This evening I'm at Chorleywood Library at 7pm. On Friday I am at the Frontline Club with Peter Ettedgui and Yinka Bankole, two boys at school Farage bullied. He denies it and doesn't want you to read this book.

Today is publication day of The Real Nigel Farage. In the book I set out the evidence that he was a Nazi bully at school - he denies it - and is a bully now. The behaviour of Farage and Co at the Reform UK conference bears me out, some say. Farage says of me that I caused him “more misery than other in 25 years in politics.”

Our BBC Panorama Trouble At The Post Office in August 20I5 had a Fujitsu whistleblower who said Horizon computer generated errors. This was the first time outsiders knew for a fact the Post Office was lying. So it is unfair to criticise Keir Starmer and Ed Davey who were out of the picture in August 2015. By then the Conservatives were in charge. And they gave Paula Vennels a gong.

Bloody well done to Channel 4 News and Verbatim for their investigation into Nigel Farage and Reform UK. The fifth charge I level in The Real Nigel Farage, out September 10, is when a rich man gives him a lot of money, he takes it, and not enough questions are asked. Call me Mystic Sween. Farage, Reform & Co deny any wrongdoing.

The Real Nigel Farage: today we reveal the cover of my book on the man who would be our prime minister. I have spoken to a galaxy of Farage's former political allies, his one-time best friend in UKIP and a woman who loved him, once. Together, they paint a picture of a man defined by charisma, cruelty and chaos. And that is not good. The Real Nigel Farage is published by Headline Books on September 10. Pre-order it here:

I'm writing a book about Nigel Farage for Headline Books. Funnily enough, some of his old associates are blanking me. Is it because after I reported on the killing of a Polish man in Essex in 2016, he said that I had caused him "more misery than any other in 25 years in politics"? So I'm asking the Great British public to lend me a hand because NF is seeking to be our lord and master. Were you at school with NF? Worked with him in the City when he was a tin trader? Met him through politics? Did you drive the pink Cadillac hired by Nathan Gill who last year got ten years for taking bribes from a Russian spy? Do get in touch:

For THE NERVE I go to Reform UK conference. I don’t apply for a media pass. I just hang out in the boozer. And lo Nigel Farage and his minders come to me. I ask him about the Channel 4 News investigation and he pulls a face. But his adepts love him. Political leader? Or living god? You decide. Watch out for my piece in THE NERVE coming soon. And my book The Real Nigel Farage, out September 10.

War Diary Day 533 The news from the front is bad. The Ukrainians are losing too many people for too little gain, the Chinese are selling the Russians drones and night sights, the West promises not enough and delivers it too slowly. Putin is starting to win this phase of the war.

War Diary Day 1,687 Lviv 1/2 Putin’s Birthday yesterday. Trump hoped everyone will celebrate it. The Russians did by killing 25, including 5 children. We went to a rehab clinic near Lviv where therapy is supported by Fierce Calm, a wonderful British charity. That is one of the charities our Vladimir Putin: Do Fuck Off! Festival supports. Help us help Ukraine!

. Donald J. Trump has picked Tulsi Gabbard - effectively a Russian spy - to be the big boss of the CIA. To those British politicians who support Trump, think again. Nigel Farage: if you carry on backing Trump, there’s only one place for you. The Tower. #VPDFO!
