IRB personnel Henminlen Vaiphei, resident of Mission Veng, Leimakhong and Thangminlun Hangsing of Khunkho village were shot dead when the duo's vehicle they were traveling was ambushed by suspected members of the Imphal Valley-based terror groups in Kangpokpi district of Manipur on Monday morning.
