Another update on tonight's mess. I phoned 311 to make a complaint about the noise and traffic disruption. They said that protests that obtain a permit are allowed to block traffic, but after looking it up, the 311 agent said that there had been no permits issued. This is one of the many messes in the City of Toronto. Chris Moise rammed through a bike lane/one way street project on The Esplanade prior to this major construction project on Scott Street. Two one way stretches facing each other coupled with an emergency requiring multiple fire trucks equal major chaos, courtesy of the radical left on Toronto city council. I warned them this would be disaster and was completely ignored. Brian Lilley should remember me talking about this months ago.
