Maryland State Senator Muse should be in jail. A sitting Democrat senator parks on top of a tree in Annapolis, is seen stumbling around, hits a parked car, and leaves and the Maryland Democratic Party has nothing to say. That speaks volumes. If this were you or any average citizen, you’d already be in handcuffs. Instead, he keeps his special license plate while the Mayor of Annapolis raises parking garage fees to crack down on regular people for the same rules the political class is allowed to ignore. Maryland needs a change
