Te ayudo a conseguir trabajo en una startup del exterior Estas son 3 estrategias que siempre recomiendo (la tercera es la mas efectiva) 1) YC Work at a Startup: Repositorio con +6,000 startups contratando por una de las aceleradoras mas grandes de USA (Y Combinator) 2) A16Z Speedrun Talent Network: Cartera de early stage startups de a16z. Podes encontrar desde startups con 10 empleados, hasta algunas con +300 (speedrun) 3) Cold email via AI Scraping: Surfea la web y crea tus propios filtros, encontra los emails adecuados de tus futuros jefes, y mandales un DM personalizado en base a tu CV (Claude + Firecrawl) Obviamente, nada de esto te garantiza trabajo. Pero sí puede ayudarte a conseguir más conversaciones y entrevistas que aplicar masivamente a ofertas. Muchos founders de startups early-stage no tienen un equipo de HR. Reclutan por referencias e intuición. Un email breve, relevante y bien escrito puede ponerte en el radar. Eviten el slop. Investiguen, personalicen y refinen sus /skills.
