If you’re the landlord are you paying for the tenants to 1. Order food until this kitchen can be fixed 2. Paying for all their broken dishes This is in NYC apparently The comments 👀

Whoa It’s rare to see anything really cool in housing products that are unique and functional anymore but this is great

Any guesses what these 4+ bedroom, 3000+ esf new construction homes cost in San Diego? 1 of best school districts in the middle of the county. Second, do you like the architecture?

Man I hate flippers Not a single cabinet is installed flush What’s the big deal? Well they’re charging you a premium for a remodeled, improved house If they can’t do the basics you think they did anything structural correctly? There’s 50 other things I saw wrong

What amazes me about coastal real estate is flooding will happen or hurricanes take out houses And then years later people will continue to buy them and pay a lot of money for them Or keep rebuilding in extreme fire zones in areas that keep burning and when you look up how many fires and mudslides there have been in the past 50 years you wonder why people thinking they can win against fire. And then people will be upset they are uninsured or underinsured

This West Village home is insane Anyone who’s lived in Manhattan knows just how insane it is to own a 600 ESF studio or classic 6 Much less this home The carriage house and outdoor space is my favorite

Never actually watched a hot mop happen Contractors and bathroom specialists Why is hot mop not used across the US? It’s very prevalent in CA PSA - you should hot mop several feet outside your shower - seen enough water damage outside especially if you have a door and you let it just drip and you have a baseboard and drywall that isn’t waterproofed right next to it

Why are these people bragging about how much debt they have on a car? I can’t imagine paying $1k+ a month to a car payment

Love this guy He’s a cab driver in NYC taking care of his mom He started reviewing Michelin star and famous restaurants as a normie last year dining alone last year to show you can treat yourself to these spots. He also goes to family run spots. What’s so cool is how many people on the streets of NYC and the restaurant workers started recognizing him But now the famous chefs know him And he still insists on paying. He says it’s the Turkish way

How did this happen? A lot of people suspect it’s a broken sprinkler, water or drain line because there’s no way they “floated” pavers over air As many of my posts have been about - water is destructive and hardly anyone thinks about it

So many flippers do this New home build though - why I posted another video where an inspector called out the signs of mold and people were like it’s so minor. Yeah let’s let it become like this one instead 🤦🏼‍♀️

I love watching this couple cook for their family and often their kids friends He’s an orthopedic surgeon and she’s a skincare executive but they make the time to cook together And their food always looks so good. They’re not shilling anything - not trying to look extra - not doing performative nonsense- not being fake. More social media and content like this please!
