Last week I did spot checks at Masaka Regional Referral Hospital after hearing from the public and whistleblowers. Yesterday I met with the hospital administration and we agreed on the following; 1. Accountability & Monitoring: Deploy more hospital inspectors and staff to the control room to monitor CCTV cameras. Take firm action against absenteeism, extortion of money from patients, and unprofessional conduct by some health workers. 2. No Excuses: The administration informed me that there has been a recent salary enhancement and more recruitment. Therefore, there is no justification for absenteeism without valid reason, extortion, or unprofessionalism. 3. Oversight: I committed to visiting the hospital once every month to monitor progress together with the administration. Spot checks will also continue based on reports from whistleblowers. 4. Service Delivery: We discussed the delayed payment of interns and the need for Government to make scan services completely free, since most people cannot afford them. I also raised complaints from Banna Masaka that some medical workers, especially nurses, are rude to patients. The administration promised to continue counseling staff to be more compassionate and patient-centered. 5. Progress: With the new complex now operational, no mothers are sleeping on the floor anymore and our NICU is fully equipped. 6. Fighting Fraud: I ordered the arrest of a conman who has been defrauding patients. The administration claims some people keep him in the hospital, saying he is an "NRM cadre". It is unacceptable to use NRM or any political party as a cover to steal from patients. I also committed to lobbying Government for more infrastructure and drugs for the hospital. Public money must be used for public service delivery — for every mother, father, youth, and child. #kisanjanomoresleep #kisanjanomorecorruption #MasakaCity #HealthForAll #ZeroToleranceToCorruption

Dear Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba , I wish to clarify that the clip circulating about a party to be thrown for AAA is fake. Whoever brought it to you is your enemy, and is wrongly dragging a whole CDF into a malicious falsehood. Some unscrupulous person edited a small clip out of an old video I made on 6th May 2026. In that video, I was advising young people to make money during the swearing-in political season, especially those in businesses of decor, clothing, make-up, hair, etc. I gave an example that many MPs, Ministers, the Speaker, Deputy Speaker and others would be throwing swearing-in parties, including the grand celebration for H.E. the President's swearing-in. (Full video attached with screenshots of comments👌) At that time of that video, on 6th May 2026, Rt Hon AAA was a popular candidate for Speaker of Parliament. I was supporting her, PLU and yourself had endorsed her, and even CEC had recommended her alongside Rt. Hon. Tayebwa. That position later changed, all forces including NRM and PLU withdrew support, and we all moved on. Therefore, someone bringing up that old video now and deliberately circulating a specific clip is baseless and mischievous. In fact I was offline since Sunday night so I only got to know about the malicious lies from my Bro Hon Mwesigye Frank like 10.20pm last night and Frank can attest I had no idea there was some trending nonsense! I have been too busy!!! I know first-hand that you are a good person, Gen. MK. People should be guided that they can get favours from you without maligning other people. Many crooks will abuse access to you by framing resourceful people while covering up their own corruption. I pray the Almighty God grants you discernment. Your dreams are valid and millions of people are cheering you on, Gen MK. Do not let crooks speak louder than your strategies. I have worked with you right from University, through media; you sent me on several mobilization assignments especially in Greater Masaka, way before the crooks and the noise. You know my competencies, you know my story, you are my family. High Five to you, Afande! Loyalty defines me. Respectfully, Nameere Justine Nsubuga Woman MP Masaka City Minister of State for Local Government

Yesterday, we commenced the city-wide distribution of hoes to every household in Masaka City, starting in Bugabira Parish. A Parish meeting was convened in Bugabira to officially launch the exercise. This intervention follows my direct lobbying to replace the previous consignment received last year, which was regrettably misappropriated. I express sincere gratitude to H.E. President Yoweri K Museveni for his continued responsiveness to the needs of farmers. Further, the President has directed the establishment of a Tractor Mechanized Centre in Masaka City. Farmers engaged in intensive, extensive, and highly mechanized agricultural production will borrow the tractors at no fee and only buy fuel, use them and return them accordingly! With the Irrigation Booster Loan now approved by Parliament, Masaka City’s farmers are positioned to realize significantly greater productivity and incomes. In my capacity as Member of Parliament, Minister, and patriot, I remain committed to advancing every stage of the agricultural value chain. This includes sustained advocacy for: Access to quality fertilizers and pesticides; Expansion of irrigation infrastructure; Deployment and strict supervision of agricultural extension workers; Development of agro-processing facilities; Strengthened market linkages! The objective is to ensure all farmers in Masaka City transition fully into the money economy. For God and My Country. Viva Masaka City! Viva Uganda! Viva President Museveni!
