Starting to really like the SSB Squat. For all the smarter strength coaches out there: genuine question for discussion and learning. 🧠 Besides total body strength, why would we ever need to barbell back squat if we have access to SSB bars?

Videoed our guys running flys yesterday using Hudl I should’ve been doing this a long time ago. Shared it with the boys so they can see exactly what they need to work on before we sprint again tomorrow. Love how Hudl allows you to pause, draw and take notes. Game Changer!!!
