There’s a phone on the scooty seat in this video. Everyone passes by the phone and leaves it untouched. But then this one guy in white shirt, who looks like a non local, moves across and takes the phone. I’m sure it was his phone that he had left there. Otherwise why would anyone steal so shamelessly, right?
