8 months ago, we lost Agnes Namumpa, and many others because of thugs. We have many victims of thugs here in Kampala, before I sympathize with anybody, first prove to me that it was indeed a mistaken identity (Bring the clip). It's alleged that the guy has been a thief for a while. I repeat, when the courts and law enforcing agencies keep releasing thugs who steal and kill or injur the people during the process, people will only resort to mob justice. I have said this before. I need proof that indeed, the case of Sydney was a mistaken identity. Let's not put Uganda Police Force on unnecessary pressure when the victim could have been the problem himself.
